I wonder if the reason GH is leaving is because he didn’t agree with the new Juri JV being given away. Coincidence being that he mentioned the BOD started looking for a replacement a few months ago which would have coincided with the JV negotiations.
GH has done an excellent job up to now, so absolutely no reason or concerns he couldn’t continue. However it is possible he and the BOD decided on different directions.
I wish him well whatever his reasons.

I’ve been in shares for many years now and have never known so many issues recently with incorrect closing share price and valuations. Worryingly it’s not confined to one broker. The money we pay, is it too much to expect correct pricing.

Today’s action is more likely shorters taking advantage. Gs showing up recently is no coincidence in my opinion.

Agreed Jennifer, shedding the negativity attached to Pmo along with the current management has to be a positive. So many share price predictions it’s difficult to know what we will be priced at.

So are you saying around 22p is roughly the max value? Unless there is something extra in the prospectus.

My thinking is if they have hit the sweet spot at Scally then it’s a no brainer, NCM won’t want to wait for us to drill at our leisure.

Gh leaving at this point is very strange. Added to the fact there is no mention of where he is going or even any indication of his future as question not asked. Can’t imaging he would find anything more exciting at this point.
Could this all be related to a future deal with NC and Ggp possibly making a move for us. Could they have requested a new man to take the company forward, especially if it were run as a separate company under NCM.
All speculation I know, but everything happens for a reason.

Hope your right. Never seems to move as it should. Hoping once deal finalised we can finally get all the leaches off our backs.

Thanks Jennifer, I thought it was said during the unveiling of the deal in the conference call. Obviously misheard. Either way it won’t make much difference longer term.

Aren’t the creditors that get the new shares required to hold them for a year?
