How can they know what is a better deal when no details on equity raise. Impossible to know what the market cap would have been on agreement.

TR61, you know we have similar thoughts toward the management, however I chose to believe they wouldn’t sell us out. More fool me!.
I have made good money from them in the past and have reduced my holding down over the years. Thank god as I had a large portion of my portfolio invested in them a few years back. Never the less this this deal burns me, not so much share wise but the contempt they have shown us. At no point in recent memory have they put shareholders first. In fact they don’t even like communicating with us.
Question is where do we go from here, Pmo has been a big part of my life, the good and the bad. Lol

Time for us plebs to get out our pitchforks and build a fire. The BOD need a good roasting.

Another point of note, they haven’t said they failed to get the requisite number of creditors to agree. Surely that would be the best way to get the support needed from us as would mean no other choice.

Yet the other week they said it wasn’t best option going forward. Brown envelope springs to mind.
