This is the trouble with this share, plenty of Lth’s say one thing and do another, remember Dj and his mate the Beetham.

I don’t disagree with the sentiment but saying he is responsible for it is stretching it a bit. I see it as a sideways move. I had every faith in Gh going forward. However we are where we are and a fresh guy at the helm could give new ideas and impetus for the next leg up.

Also another point, the BOD started looking for a replacement in Sept/Oct before they had finished drilling. So nothing to do with Scally results.

Seems to be some misunderstanding about him being from mining background. He is corperate finance similar to GH. His experience comes from working for mining companies as CFO not CEO.
That’s not to say he won’t do a good job.

There haven’t been any issues so far. It’s more likely less results due to Christmas break.

I think I speak for the whole board when I say I hope LSE can sort this out ASAP one way or another and give us all some peace ffs.

Anyone have any idea how they will announce an upgrade, will it be tweaked every quarter or more likely at year end?

I feel it would be more helpful in future if Ggp inform us if they will report results in part or in full in order to prevent uncertainty. I’m also assuming the labs would give an estimate of when results would be available which could also be communicated to shareholders.
A positive out of all this as Dillon says in another post, is that it strips out any Scally influence on our share price. We don’t need any hype as Hav is more than enough at present and is based on facts.

Bamps, while I appreciate your valued informative posts there’s no need to accuse me and others of not doing any research. Most here have been of the opinion Scal is the next Hav. Yet with only a few core results many are now saying we didn’t drill deep enough.
I trust the company that they know far more than we do in reference to drill depths.
My criticism would be that they have probably got carried away by their success and slightly hyped up Scall whether it’s a hit or not. I for one had thought they had learned their lesson from the EG days.
Also just for the record I haven’t said that Scall will be a duster as it will take lots more drilling before we start to get the picture of what it may hold.

I totally agree with Mickey’s point of view. I’m still hoping the remaining cores have better news. otherwise, I have to say that they will have dropped an absolute clanger. If they blank we stand to drop another 10-20% as MM’s take full advantage again. Should have announced them all at the same time, we’ve waited long enough!.
As said it doesn’t impact Hav but the narrative for Scally will be its a duster.

Thanks for your thoughts tom_the_bomb and Morningsun. I get the feeling there is more to this than meets the eye. There’s a distinct possibility another JV could pop up in the near future, although admittedly not based on the latest results.

Trying to make sense of today. Why wasn’t Scally wrapped up with Juri. No way would NCM not have asked for it.
Why did we only announce 3 of the 7 holes and why not wait until all 7 are known and take potential hit at the same time.
Why were Ggp so bullish toward Scally if they hadn’t seen anything of interest. Surely they would have done visuals of the cores before sending off.
So many questions and much still to play for.
The other side of the argument could be its all coincidence and wishful thinking.

Is the Rns bad news, or more a case of reality. Indeed it only goes to show how rare and special Hav is.

My view is that it would be better to keep it in the family rather than get Rio or others in the mix as could lead to complications. That said NCM would have to make a competitive offer rather than the poultry Juri JV otherwise many here would feel done over.

Playing devil’s advocate, if a deal was being worked behind the scenes based on Scally results then wouldn’t it be against shareholders interests. The only way to get best value would be to release results to market and see who’s interested, then negotiate.

Although I also don’t understand everything that’s going on, I have no doubt the price is being held as its happened many times before. Seeing GS appearing again only reaffirms this. They have sucked the life out of this share over the years.

Have to agree Tom, never had any issues with ii, they don’t always give you the best price but at least they are reliable.

Just tried to buy £4k’s worth and can’t get a price, so switched it to a sell and still no joy.
