What happened in your other ones, Andy? For what it's worth, I sent a nicely worded general email to Gavin following up from our phone call and asking a couple of basic questions. I didn't get a reply.

We have 6 months to meet the LSE criteria before we are delisted. That's a long time for Gavin and Nigel to sort things out... Stay positive. News of RTO next week? We can dream I guess :)

If it's not resolved the company will delist. Holders will still own their stake, it'll just become much harder to trade.

I always want to hear both sides of the argument. It's good for balance. I get the impression DH is a holder here. Or some of his friends are (definitely are). He seems to be very positive and to me that can't be a bad thing. I'd like to reiterate, (despite my negative drunken comments last night), G's phoned call with me was very positive. He basically said watch this space, it'll all work out. And despite his past reputation, I believe him. In theory I've written my investment off, but that's more a case of managing expectations personally (hope for the best but prepare for the worst), so I'll be elated when I realise we've been taken over by a company who has patents on some pretty sick chemical technology... Stay positive chaps. It's all we've got.

Sorry again guys, just an alcohol induced complex got the better of me last night. Gavin's phone call was full of positives and I'm sure we'll hear something soon. I'm definitely not trying to cause any sort of rebellion (if your comment was aimed at me chats). Look forward to the official update.

Hi cash, there is still part of me that strongly believes in this company. The N4 tweet and open phone call from Gavin both help. Plus the fact that I know that a delisting won't lose our stake in a fully operational company. But I literally can't believe we have had NO OFFICIAL UPDATE WHATSOEVER. I can't live my life waking up every morning, for the next 6 months, waiting for the RNS that never arrives. Gavin, make formal statement FFS. You owe it to everyone invested and you know you do. Sort it out.

No you are correct, another sizeable investment in the correct field would do the trick. The question is, do we have the funds to make such an investment, and do the BOD even want to make it? The more I think about it, and the more I drink, the more a lack of information and a formal statement is really ******* me off. They must have known about this ages ago, why hasn't the suspension been formally addressed? Especially now it's slapped in our faces. I am currently trying to write the money off in my head, but it's proving difficult as it's significant funds for me (and others I'm sure). I can honestly see only one of two options taking place right now. 1 - A big deal is on the cusp of completion, which barely overrun the LSE regulations, and it will be completed soon. Or, 2 - there is a big financial incentive for the BOD to allow this shit to happen and intentionally delist the co. Possibly fraudulent. Until there's a formal statement from the BOD I'm currently writing the money off. I hope they make a positive move soon.

I'm usually glass half full, but I'm slipping to about 1/4 full right now. Will feel much better when an official statement is issued!

In the case of RPO there was a designated broker for all PIs to deal with. The chat group is still available on this website, I found it interesting (slightly different situation as they voluntarily delisted. But I guess the process is the same).

See my previous message. As long as the company is solvent, we still own the shares, they're just more difficult to trade. I read a situation this year where RPO delisted from AIM. Everyone still owns their shares, they can just only deal via a broker and in an informal fashion. You basically name a sell price and wait for someone to want to buy at said price.

If N4 wanted ONZ's stake back, why would they have sold it in the first place, while also accepting a loan from ONZ? Also, if my understanding is correct (I've been researching it this avo), even if the company delists we still own our shares. It just makes them much more difficult to trade. So a buy out of ONZ by N4 would still see shareholders getting something back?

Charlie's comments are also true and help with the thoughts of a 'positive' solution. There is no positive outcome for N4 and Nigel if ONZ de-lists... None.

When I and other posters on this board asked directly what options we have, RTO was specifically mentioned. As Pettycash said, the RNS also intimates that. So I guess I'm clinging to the belief that this has to be the outcome. I cannot in any possible way believe that the BOD weren't aware the suspension was coming. The reasons as to how it was allowed to happen is what is intriguing. Although Gavin has a checkered past, Nigel does not. Nigel has always been very upbeat about the company and has a huge holding here. I know he was effectively 'given' the shares, but it was in return for a hefty stake in N4. So he wasn't really 'given' them. As cash says, if this goes tits up, it has to be for something seriously bad and potentially fraudulent. Nigel's reputation would be in ruins and Gavin's would be considerably worse that it even is now. Nigel seems like a stand up guy, I'm sure he wouldn't be involved with something like that.

There's nothing wrong with hearing both positive and negative statements. I assume you're invested petty? We all want the same outcome...

Yeah, I'm in for ~1.5m and I'm definitely a bit worried. But I also realise there's not a lot we mere PIs can do. The correspondence yesterday sounded positive. I guess it could all be a smokescreen, fobbing us off while they sort out their own positions and futures. Only time will tell. One interesting point that I've been thinking about, is what does happen if the company de-lists? PIs will still own a stake in a company which is operating and, on paper, is in a strong position moving forward (cash in bank and some strong investments made). Surely they can't just wind the company up and we lose all our investment? We'd still own part of N4 Pharma, right?

Pettycash, Nigel definitely hasn't sold a serious chunk of his holding or we'd all know about it. The only investor that has is Myles, right? And I'm pretty sure Myles still holds 4m shares. He's also still tweeting about the company as recently as yesterday... Also, Andy said in his other message that his message was on this board, not to the BOD. So I don't think much can be made of that. However, I find it pretty unacceptable that PIs are able to heavily invest in a company which, on paper, looks so promising, to then have it suspended and literally have no ******* clue as to what is happening. Everyone who received a call from Gavin feels the same way and seems to be positive about the situation moving forward, but the BOD owe us all a formal statement asap, explaining to us all what is going on and how they are trying to resolve the situation.

Yeah the RNSs definitely confirm that he owns a chunk of ONZ (16% I believe). I can't imagine NT would be so upbeat about the situation if he was concerned about the future of ONZ.
