It was always going to be a tight time frame. Lots going on behind the scenes and I'm certain they are very much on top of it all. I'd rather they spent their time ensuring they raise the finance for N4, complete the necessary paperwork and re-list with a strategy that grabs institutional attention propelling the SP forward from the outset, rather than writing RNSs simply saying 'everything is ok'. We will be updated as and when important milestones are completed. Only 3 weeks until we should re-list, I can't wait.
Positive report today and confirms everything is still moving in the right direction. AGM is next month, anyone planning to attend? As per the RNS, re-list is likely to be VERY close to the deadline. But as mentioned before, these things take a lot of work and time to get right, so we all need to stay patient and we'll get our rewards I'm sure. I'm really looking forward to hearing further news and updates. I have a feeling the fund raise may involve some sticky money. Also note that there will be an open offer to existing shareholders, so could work out very nicely for us faithful ONZ bunch, if you choose to take advantage. It's been a long 6 months, but it'll be well worth it to be part of such a pioneering company with an excellent board and in a multi-billion dollar industry. I'm really quite excited. All the best guys.
Nice post John, good to see the positivity continuing here. N4 has the potential to roll out various, high quality products and make heaps of revenue in a [relatively] short space of time. I'm anticipating strong attention for the new company and a re-list that makes everyone involved happy. If all goes according to plan, we should be able to look back on the past few months and laugh about how fraught we were at the beginning :o)
It's amazing the market hasn't taken this in. How can you not like the idea of buying cold hard cash at a significant discount? I remember when GLR was valued at cash and SP was just over 1p. Multi bagged since then! Wake up people.
Thanks cadis. So basically, there's no catch, people just haven't checked the facts that are held within the RNSs at the time of RTO?
fundraiser, I've been reading through the RNSs for the previous firm and this really does seem like a no brainer, just that the market is unaware. Is there there a catch? Is the cash actually in the bank or is it now part of investments? I also notice the CLNs which appear to be exercisable at 50p... That's a big increase from today's price, but they are exercisable for many years. Any information appreciated as there's not long to get in before tomorrow now :)
To be fair, we don't know it's being left until the last minute. Judging by how suspension has gone so far, I strongly believe they are selling (or have sold) the entire portfolio and liquidising assets, while also doing the masses of legal paperwork and registering N4, so that they can just release one big RNS.
It's been openly stated on a few occasions that there won't be news until mid-end of March. If you're worried, ring GB or send him an email and you'll get the same response. Patience.
Some mainstream brokers (Halifax and Lloyds I believe) are not even offering EML yet. Could see a surge of buys once the audience is widened.
Hi GT! Market cap is indeed very close to cash. Any interesting news and this could be a big, swift mover. Also in for a few Good luck :)
what's the source Dargg?
Look at all the buys today and limited sells... they're offering the ASK for 100ks and then randomly dropping the bid before immediately increasing it again. They're all over the show and it's hilarious. Buys of any substance are NT only, it's all kicking off. Good luck guys and gals.
There's not a lot else we can do really mate. Should hear news on refinancing and RTO completion in 6-8 weeks imo. Don't like to wish my life away, but looking forward to finding out the fine details and what the experts decide to value N4 at.
0.7 to sell 0.697 to buy. Odd... Anyone seen this before?!
Hi guys, been in here from 1.7 last week. I don't think the speeding ticket has been too bad a sign, we were rising too quickly and were in danger of having a nasty spike. At least it'll get us noticed and we're now consolidating around 2.2p. If we finish 2.15-2.3 area it'll bode well for tomorrow and the week ahead. There's plenty of interest in this little company and I'm glad to be in. Good luck!
I think referring to 'herdies' and GB as 'best mates' seems a little strong, Petty? I've changed my tune a little after speaking to GB on the phone a couple of times (including recently) and genuinely believing that he's trying to repair his reputation. He's delivered N4 as indicated and as we all wanted. But I still completely agree that communication should have been better. Anyway, it's good that the aggressive 'let's all bash GB and NT' element of this board seems to have disappeared. If invested, we're all in this together. Let's all look forward to further news and to moving forward as N4. It should be an exciting time.
This won't be back until at least end of March imo, but more likely beginning April (before 17th as that would be the 6 month deadline). There must be a lot of paperwork and financials to sort out, but the key is that it's coming back, and as N4 entirely. Which can only be a very positive step forward imo.
When we were suspended, some thought it was game over. Done - all our money down the swanny. Investors screwed on AIM yet again. There's been a few voices of reason trying to keep sanity here, but in general they've been slaughtered. Now, we've had pretty much the best outcome to resolve suspension (imo), focus of some posters has moved on to another pessimistic outcome. Fund raising was inevitable to keep N4 Pharma running. It has no revenue, it's developing new re-formulated drugs, it's an expensive business to be in. A cash burn is essential to find the golden nugget and hit the big time. We all seem to have invested here for N4, yet some don't seem to have paid attention to the facts surrounding how a business like that works in it's early stages? Just why did you invest in ONZ if it wasn't for N4's longer term prospects? I for one believe in both Nigel and Gavin. Nigel is an expert in this field and will, in my opinion, drive this onto much bigger and better things. Gavin has delivered us N4, which is what we all wanted. I'm expecting us to re-list in excellent shape. Cash in bank and a very promising future with a first class team at N4. If we get screwed, then I'll eat my words. But there's nothing we can do right now anyway and I can't be bothered to go round and round with posters who seem to have forgotten why they ever invested in ONZ (if you were here for a quick trade and have been locked in, then I guess that's bad luck. But this was a terrible share to try and trade). All the best guys.
Glad to see some sense coming back to this board now. Everyone wanted the RTO, that's why we're here. But it could only happen with dilution. The purchase of the other 51% of N4 doesn't actually dilute us that much. It's the placing that could. But the placing is ESSENTIAL to continue driving N4 forward and you have to bear in mind, as already stated, that Nigel is not going to allow his share of N4 to be diluted more than is necessary. What some people also seem to have forgetten is that valuing early phase pharmas is not straight forward. It doesn't just come down to profit/loss and revenue. Also, I'd like to remind some of the ridiculously huge upside on offer simply with a reformulated drug for men's private areas (remember FUM). I welcome chat from both sides of the argument, but please let's be sensible. If you're going to slander a company and/or a person at least wait for the facts first. I'm looking forward to seeing the final details of this deal and the refinancing. Hopefully we'll all be very pleased.
This is what everyone wanted to happen? We all bought into ONZ because of N4 Pharma, pretty much no other reason. We now become N4 Pharma... Yes, there's going to be some dilution, but that was inevitable when acquiring such a big asset. Just out of interest - Petty, GaryN and Taff, what's your opinion of the value of N4 and all its patents? Do you really think Nigel is going to allow his company to be given away for a pittance by allowing a ridiculous dilution making shares nearly worthless? Taff, is this you or your wife posting now? Lost track tbh.
