HL and HSDL do not directly own all those shares. They hold them on behalf of PIs like you and I. I think Nigel and Humayun are the largest individual holders. I think we should focus away from the thoughts that this is all a scam and they're just planning to run away with our cash. The company is legit, it just has a BOD who were too naive or simply don't know how to run an AIM investment company. GB clearly didn't (and probably still doesn't) have a plan, and it's ****ed up that they don't show us the professional courtesy of posting ANY updates. It's a monumental show of negligence. There was discussion before of getting together and calling a general meeting. Maybe we should organise this in the new year? I think I'll drop that into conversation with GB.

It's now 17 days since Gavin said he 'hoped to update the market within a couple of weeks'. Obviously nothing serious has happened otherwise we would know about it, but I think it's important we keep reminding him that we're not only waiting patiently, but also growing increasingly ****ed off by the lack of official acknowledgement. I'm thinking of leaving it until this weekend and then sending yet another email. If anyone who isn't already would like to be privy to the email chain please let me know and I'll CC you.

The two weeks will be this coming Sunday, cash2. I received the initial email from GB on 27/11.

Definitely not too naive, that's our silver lining. None of the other investments brought us all here and there's no way Gavin and the board will allow their investment in N4 to go easily. They'll want to hold that for he long term.

Hi Anthony All being well we should be in a position to update the market in the next couple of weeks. If we are able to announce something in the interim then we shall do. I appreciate that investors are waiting but it is not always possible to produce news and updates when the situation is that we will update as soon as we are able to. Matters are progressing well towards the bigger plan and meanwhile we have continued to make investments - the company remains in fine health. Regards

I think it's still a touch early, but by the new year if there's no update we should be demanding answers. February should start putting some extremely serious, possibly legal action in place and by end of March, if still no real update, we should be camping on his doorstep.

I'd think differently if there was any sort of acknowledgement of the situation. The tiny amounts of communication we have received might as well just say 'I haven't got a clue how to sort this out even though I really should. Nomads, help me please'.

That whatever happens with our AIM listing, the company will still exist. We still have cash in the bank, we still have assets we can sell and therefore we still have a value. When I have the chance I'll spend some time trying to work out an estimate of how much our assets etc should be worth if the company did just have to sell up and pay out. But valuing N4 is pretty difficult. Is it worth trying to organise a general meeting as discussed before? I know three holders of 4m plus and plenty of 1m plus holders. I've got over 1.5m myself. Thinking on the positive side, TEA are looking to re-list, there's positive talk for MRS and there's extremely positive talk for GWIK. Let's hope Gavin has a trick up his sleeve so ONZ can end the year positively too.

We have created an email chain. Not a lot has come of it so far other than the standard informal response from GB.

I know from previous correspondence that Gavin has an app on his phone which gives him an alert. They're just choosing not respond right now...

We're not expecting anything market sensitive, we just want an update as to what they are currently doing to resolve the suspension issue. A lot of ONZ shareholders have no experience of holding a stake in a company that doesn't openly trade on the stock market. Those shareholders are owed some sort of update as to where they stand... 5 weeks with absolutely no update (or even a little acknowledgement of the situation) is just not acceptable in any form of business. Gavin and the nomads have been trusted with significant sums of people's money. They may well have made a genuine error and be working towards a positive solution for everyone (I still think they are). But it doesn't take long to issue a simple RNS saying something like: "sorry guys, we cocked up. This is what happened, these are the options we have to resolve the problem and this is what we're currently doing. We hope to update you again by x date". I would have thought that's just common decency?

For what it's worth, I haven't had a response from my email.

I may be wrong, but I believe the company is still allowed to fully operate, just shares in the firm can't be traded openly on AIM. I find it interesting how the recent RNS was worded... No recognition of suspension whatsoever, but a very positive update from N4, our key investment. It was worded as if there was no suspension and the company was still fully operational on AIM... Burying heads in the sand or just confident this will work itself out? Either way, we're long overdue and official statement.

Guys the silver lining is that we cannot just lose our investment in N4 Pharma. Whether we delist, go broke, whatever, we still own 49% of a company that is potentially worth millions! Worst case scenario is that has to be sold, along with other investments, and share holders get money back accordingly. Gavin's silence is a **** take and the worst management of investors I've seen for a long time. The key to any business is communication, which is lacking here big style. So absolutely keep the pressure on him until we know what's going on behind the scenes. But don't fear you'll just lose your money because you won't unless it's outright stolen/fraud and if that is the case then someone is going to do time.

Website says Gavin has around 2.5% but I think it's out of date? If Gavin can become a significant stake holder in an N4 listing I'd day it's a huge advantage for him?

There is nothing new in the RNS. Just an update which we've already seen from N4 and notice that the office has changed.
