My comments were more aimed at the fact that there's a fair chance G looks at this board and we want him to keep communicating with us. Petty, while I share your thoughts on pretty much everything, I'm trying not to get angry and antagonistic as it's just not going to help the matter right now (or my blood pressure)

Why would Gavin openly say 'he thinks we will all be pleased with the final outcome'? That's basically the same message I, along with others, have received as well. I mean, there is literally no incentive to directly lying to us about this, we can't just take our money out and screw the company!

Be careful with what you say chaps, even if it is in jest. This is a public forum that anyone can look at... I can't possibly believe that Gavin didn't know this was coming. That's utter bullshit. He's an 'expert' in this industry and plenty of PIs knew it was coming, we just all figured we must be wrong. I mean, why would they allow it to happen when we have such a good portfolio, in particular the investment in N4 Pharma? People have spoken of Gavin's past before and it's always in the back of my mind. But I'm struggling to see what favourable outcome he could have from not getting this sorted asap? He can't just run away with all our cash...

Delano, chill out man. There are tons of companies on AIM that are under the radar and Graphite is going a good job at raising people's awareness. There doesn't appear to be a hidden agenda and if you look at Graphite's posting history I definitely wouldn't refer to him as a 'paid ramper'. If you are invested here you will want more buyers to help the SP move north. As do all others invested here, and there are plenty of reasons for new PIs to get involved here right now. If you want a good example of a company that was 'under the radar' take a look at GLR the last month. The SP of that company was just over 1p with a market cap of less than £2m. However, they had just sold an asset for around £2m yet not many PIs appeared to have cottoned on... Now, with assistance of PIs who did spot it and started to spread the word, GLR is trading at 1.8-2p. It's still undervalued imo.

Hi Petty, I feel your frustration. I have £20k tied up in here and it's not easy to stomach when the situation is so vague. However, the fact that Gavin and Nigel are both conversing with investors speaks volumes to me. It's a shame there hasn't been an official RNS to clarify the situation, but I truly think they are working on something and they just don't see the point in releasing an RNS which doesn't contain anything specific. It's hard for us all, but we have to be patient. The company has a strong portfolio, cash in the bank and low overheads. There's no reason to expect the worst here. Stay positive.

50p a bit strong but it'll be pretty disappointing if we don't close the gap with WSE. This is a bargain.

I got a little impatient today (can't bloody help myself) and decided to contact Gavin again to ask a couple of questions. I'm not going to copy the whole exchange word for word, but I wanted to let you all know that Gavin pretty much put the rumour from 'Grimreaper' on ADVFN to bed (the one that said ONZ is going bust). Gavin's message was pleasant. He said the company is still in a strong position, the board are working on a successful outcome and 'these things don't happen overnight'. Basically, there has been no official update for PIs as nothing has changed yet. Add this to the fact that Nigel liked the tweet directed at him yesterday, the tweet from N4 saying they have 'every faith ONZ AIM issue will be sorted', along with the personal phone calls from Gavin to some PIs after suspension, and I can only believe something positive really is going to happen to sort this situation out. Bear with it guys, we'll hear soon enough (I need to sit on my hands for a while I think, easier said than done).

I thought the same, felt kind of relieved to see it! Still think we are due some sort of RNS though. Even if it simply acknowledges the situation and says they are working on something.

Checking the history on that board, Grimreaper has a bit of a vendetta against Gavin. Maybe he does have info, but I think it needs to be taken with a strong pinch of salt right now.

Looking at our position logically and scouring the RNSs before suspension, there is no way this company is going bust. If it does, it can only be because something very, very dodgy is going on behind the scenes. Gavin even said during phone calls following suspension 'the company is in a good position moving forward'. Not the words of someone at the helm of a company about to go bust? I remain positive. But despite that, it does leave a bad taste that there has been no update whatsoever. We're owed a official statement soon.

With you all on this. I'm currently positive, let's see what happens.

Forgive my ignorance, but why would ONZ's other investments disappear? Surely it would just cash them in and add it to the bank balance, or they would be transferred to the new company?

I'm afraid none of us really know the answer to your questions Norrinrad. I guess we all feel positive about the outcome as all of the routes seem to lead one way... But the lack of an official update is frustrating.

Is it reasonable to leave this before we start putting more pressure on the BOD for answers? I'm sure there's plenty going on behind the scenes, but the lack of an update is truly unfair on all who hold here.

I read your last sentence as 'a new company is boom' - hopefully my version is the case :D

Norrinrad, we shouldn't be in any trouble, but then again mere PIs never really know what's going on behind the scenes...
