One of the posters on Twitter had a call from Gavin yesterday and Gavin said on the phone call that he was moving offices. Didn't state the reason though. The conversation appeared to offer nothing new whatsoever, apart from Gavin directed the poster to the NOMAD with any questions regarding suspension. Apparently Gavin said he was potentially open to answering a list of questions sent to him by shareholders... Apparently

Petty, can you send me your email address? Going to be organising an email chain so we are all involved with the correspondence rather than Gavin and co. constantly receiving the same questions from different investors.

Hi Petty, I agree with you that we are overdue a formal update. The longer this goes on the more we will get agitated and demand answers. I'm planning to give them another couple of weeks and then getting in touch again to see what's going on. If you decide to do so before hand please let us know what response you have. However, your comments surrounding N4 are wrong imo. We all have an investment in N4 through our ONZ positions. Whether we are listed or not listed, as long as the company is operating we own a stake in N4 and that can never legally be taken from us unless it is sold. So N4 still has plenty to do with us. With that in mind, it's good to see that N4 are working hard and increasing the value of ONZ's investment there.

Older and wiser, how can you say 'this has shot right out from the blocks'? We've seen a steady rise each day since last week's RNS. PIs are only just starting to wake up... On a slightly different note, I see we've taken the lead from WSE today.

Hi Petty, while I appreciate your concerns (as I have them too), it's frustrating that you are so negative towards the situation. My 'belief' has nothing to do with any thoughts regarding Gavin's character, I don't know him from Adam. I've simply looked at the fundamentals of the business, time and time again, and there are an awful lot of positives to focus on. It simply does not make any sense whatsoever for ONZ to delist. There are more successful investors that have considerably larger holdings in ONZ than you or I who do not appear to be too concerned by the suspension at all. Maybe they've got enough money that this doesn't matter to them, or maybe they've looked at the facts and can only see a positive outcome. Those facts being that the company is, on paper, in very good shape. Unless we've been fraudulently misled, during conversation and even in RNSs, then we shouldn't have to worry about. Although the lack of an official update is truly frustrating and difficult to understand at the moment, we're only 3 weeks in to the suspension. An awful lot can happen yet! If we were 5 months in with no news, then I'd be joining you and we can talk to legal representatives together (that's an open offer btw. If the time comes, we can get together and put a plan together. I expect others will join us too). Keep the faith mate, it's good for your heart ;)

That sucks RD. I guess you literally just never know with a stock. Unfortunately the financial world is filled with corrupt, selfish people and what looks good on paper can go tits up very quickly. As long as you find the baggers along the way, it's all worth it in the end. So glad to hear you've done ok with others :) I still stand by my belief that ONZ will be just fine, we're just stalled temporarily... ATB.

It all just doesn't make a lot of sense right now, but I'm sure it will soon. There is no way this suspension came up unnoticed and the people involved have a lot of experience, so there just has to be something 'brewing'. RachelsDad, you're in now.

Don't worry cash, we'll make sure anything significant is shared. Thanks for your posts too petty. It's good that we're all doing our best to find things out. I really can't see this ending in a negative way. There's too many positives with the company for Gavin just to let it go pop.

Totally in agreement Petty. We all need to work together to push for a resolution here. I will be checking in with GB and NT periodically to remind them that we're still here and we all want to know what's happening. A formal update should be expected asap, and certainly by the end of the month.

You don't have to apologise at all! I'm glad we're in good spirits, even if we're all clearly frustrated :) Let's make an agreement to keep each other posted with any developments we hear. Maybe we should set up a chat group or something or an email thread? Or if there's one already could I be added?!
