Well it's got me having kittens. KC told me that E861 is the frankfurt listing, and E86 is Hamburg. So I bought E861. But now, the FF website only lists E86, and the Hamburg one lists E861... and that suspension notice refers to 861 on FF. I did however buy through Tradegate, which is active on that wall street page you sent me to. So I'm probably ok. But it's odd that such things can happen and the company not know..

Ear, stop anglicising the CR. It's a different system. You can't postulate options and likelihoods without understanding it. The only one on this board with any idea about how it works, and therefore what's likely, is Miro. And see his posts below.

well if they have a gigafactory, we'll flog them some Li. We would whether the govt want us to or not, assuming a fair price. (I understand we already have a MoU i place with He3da anyway). I can't see the relevance of what some fringe communist party see as ideal. If however the CR doesn't have a factory, we can't sell Li to it. Not our problem. Really, I see this whole political fog as having cleared now. It's over. Once the govt is in place, mining licences will be issued and we'll proceed as normal. If He3da get their CR factory up and running, we'll sell them lithium. Great.

I think this is a case of imagining ghosts that aren't there. You could say the same of any country.

Taufour.. Point 1/ Royalties are applied in most countries. The curent royalty in the CR on Li is, I believe, a ludicrous 0.4%. Raising that to an international norm is perfectly acceptable. Point 2/ Again, taxes are always aplied. I don't get why you imagine the the CR wold be hell bent on taxing or applying royalties over and above what is regarded internationally as an approximate norm. Point3/ Those commitments were part of the now redundant MoU. So any commitment to in-country processing is moot. But it doesn't matter. As far as I'm aware, EMH were always intending to process the ore themselves - that's the only way really. And doing it in the CR is probably easiest. I've always understood the EMH always intended to process in the CR anyway, regardless of MoU. It's where the final product gets sold that makes the money, and if there's no customer in the CR, then sell it elsewhere. No problem. Why do you imagine that a commitment to processing in the CR amounts to only having 'one customer'? Our customers will be purchasers of Li hydroxide and carbonate. Not raw ore.

I think we all (mostly ) understand that Miro. It's the wider market that hasn't got it.
