Who were these supposed 'preferred buyers' with whom the bulk of the raise was placed? Because they're obviously offloading to scrape a profit. One of our ever loyal LTHs perhaps? I know who I suspect. There should not have been any preferred buyers. Everyone should have had to scramble for shares together. And the price should have been higher.. the fact that it was over-subscribed proves that. A step in the right direction Mr Sisto - you're learning, but have some way to go it appears. ...ago we were languishing at about 6p. Now we have a large chunk of a very tasty new investee company and more than two and a half million in the bank and a share price 50% higher, all for a mere 6% (ish) dilution. I reckon that's pretty good. Onwards and upwards.

Girdz, I don't understand this 1% number. If you take total global deaths and divide by total global cases, you get about 2.5%. For the UK, the figure is 4%.

It likely got into a mink from a human, where it mutated. Viruses are mutating all the time. If one mutation happens to suit the context that it's in better than the non-mutated version, it will thrive - that's how evolution woks. The mutated version then moved back to one of the human handlers, and off it went. Apparently it's more contagious than the standard covid-19 virus.

It wasn't a speeding ticket really. It was a good, diplomatic response to the notoriously sensitive asx authorities that effectively said 'what are you on about? We know of no reason beyond a daft video by someone unknown, and by the way, the share price is also driven by London, Frankfurt and New York. So shut up and take a long walk on a short pier.'
That's how I read it anyway.
A speeding ticket would have been a statement to the markets, not the asx authorities, from the company stating they know of no reason etc etc. It wasn't one of those.

Camkite, the trouble is that there's so much going on with all of Tern's investee companies that it wouldn't be practical for Tern to issue an RNS every time there's news. Consequently, waiting for RNSs from Tern can be a frustrating business. We have to rely upon news and information put out by the investees themselves. But as you've seen with the recent Wyld news, the effect can be the same.

I have to say that when it comes to ****ging each other off, the quality of ****ging is far superior on this board compared to others. Not even any spelling mistakes.
