Valuing non cash flow generating companies is always nine parts guesswork, one part luck.
BMac you might want to have a look at doing a DCF analysis, which would be more appropriate for a firm like AFC.

Maybe because as a loan, if AFC run out of money and go bust, Thalion get the company and all the IP, etc in repayment. From which point the 'mystery investors' get to take the company private, and the existing shareholders get nothing.

@sharesport, thats actually the same mistake I made, parent of Ervington actually a small decrease, from 10.13% to 9.3%.
