Probably just an administrator in the filing agent 'ASIM LLC' used, but ASIM don't appear to be registered in Colorado, there's one at '130 S ELLIS ST, SALISBURY, NC', which is in turn owned by 'Andrews and Associates LLC'.

A transparent financing deal this is not.

If 'free' H2 is worth 10p/kWe (for example), then wouldn't you raise the value of the H2 accordingly?

Isn't this what AFC mentioned (in a past investor day / AGM) that the ChlorAlkali firms decided.

Please please please can as many people as possible turn up in hybrid / electric cars and demand to charge whilst we attend the AGM.

A cursory look at the one, two or even five year charts show - whilst not a death spiral exactly - , a company without much life.

Thanks dw, perhaps you didn't grasp that I'm suggesting this so called proof of concept was just a pointless attempt by AFC to show they'd completed something meaningful in the last six months.

Anyone in the market for a 10 / 50 / 200kw fuel cell will already know very well what they plan to power with it, and doesn't need AFC to say "look, electricity comes out of this end, and you can plug things into it!".

I imagine you are equally bouyed that "AFC Energy is looking to enter into discussions with potential OEM partners".

@athansius, I kinda agree on the C2HARGE 'product'. They could just as easily have annouced H2-Magimix and powered some kitchen utensils from a fuel cell too. We know the actual product (the fuel cell) converts H2 to electricity, what they power at the end of it is immaterial surely. AFC haven't made a new product just connecting a fuel cell to some charging apparatus, there's no inventive step there.

Is that going to happen, or should I just forget about Dempsey?
