Looking around at my other shares I’m struck by how many positives there are here.

a) mining friendly country with safe government and no conflict
b) low number of shares issued
c) commodity traded in USD
d) no bloody antis i.e. who would protest out in a dusty hot desert!
e) historic data soon to be confirmed
f) one of the best Tant people in the business who is an ex US Army crewman so doesn’t mind a bit of hardship
g) 2 minerals for the price of 1 - I still think we’ll be able to offload the lithium spoil

What’s not to like!

I think that the MMs don’t know how to read this one and someone must still be happy to offload cheap shares hence the wild swings. That all said, there’s been a decent bit of buying, which historically meant a hefty hike in the SP. I could do with a few more yet so no hurry. We’re at least 12-18 months from full production I reckon. Mining’s a slow old game.

Funky - you're in procurement, what's the likelihood that we'd have to stump up half the pipeline costs? Would that be something expected of the company or would favourable off-take terms be sufficient and which is easier to negotiate? If we have to pay half then we're going to need to raise capital again!

RNS confirms JORC by end of Q2 but then sloppy editing further down repeats the 'by Q2' comment.

How common are 50/50 JVs i.e. 2 off-takers part funding pipeline? I would have thought that highly unlikely but I'm not in procurement so wtfdik.

I still think that someone like Kemet will vertically integrate the mine eventually - that was their MOU for a while. I see that Larry Johnson used to be in the US Army - likely an honorable chap. I wonder how much of his loyalty still lies at Kemet?

I’ve emailed the company and asked for clarification of the wording.

I think our board must be confident of a decent deal and hence need for some cash in the bank for legal fees,wages, and final payment to MSA etc. JORC compliant report is all but in the bag. Off takers Boards will have insisted on knowing the mine life before investing.

I’m as excited as you are Funky and ‘baws deep’ in this too, but anything GC has said in the past has to be taken with a bucket load of salt! He also boasted we’d be the first producer of lithium on AIM and excitedly pointed out a 4km pegmatite when he met with investors before Larry was in post. It is Larry that has reset expectations. I trust him. But I am nervous why the placing stock has been flipped so quick.

From memory, didn’t that sample get sent to the new potential off taker? There was some shenanigans with the price or payment I recall.

I reckon you’ll soon see profit on your £3k from this morning Funky. Small raise is a buy signal for me.

Only some working capital until JORC and like others have pointed out, takes any stress of time pressure out of negotiations.

That old RNS mentions 10tonnes/month which 120 tonnes per annum

At 2018 prices of $151,800 per tonne isn't that $18,216,000 per annum in Tant sales alone, less production costs blahdeblah
