Do you know how effed up that sounds? No offence, but we need to be multiples north of this and the Board owes PIs an operational update. I bet the IIs are in the know.

We’re a water pipeline and off-take agreement away from £1m revenue per month, barring any cloak and dagger action by the Board. Unless we’re hugely diluted by then I see this way north of 3p in 12-18 months.

Good a time as any with this AIM malarkey! Could make a fortune if you believe we have a functioning company or could lose the lot. I’m betting on the former but realistic timescales of 12-18 months to some sort of regular production.

Suggest everyone ask LJ what the score is. We are shareholder just like the institutional ones. I bet he answers their calls.

Define ‘insider information’. Is knowledge of another pending dilution and forward selling not trading based on knowledge that isn’t more widely known?

I hope it is just p’eed off PIs dumping with disappointment but that’s not what it smells like.

I agree, Funky. Either Tracarta or new equity partner perhaps? Love to see someone like Panorama have a look at the AIM. Anyone heading to Namibia anytime soon? Be great to get Larry on camera and ask some direct questions about the way things have been and why he feels he can keep private individuals in the dark when the share price action suggests to us that he may have been speaking to the institutional holders.

I can see the Panorama programme now. Next would come an interview with the FCA asking their opinion of what appears to be forward selling. Pretty easy to investigate who has been selling.

Hate to say it guys and girls but I think we've been stitched up good an' proper again. The MCAP is a measly £3m now. I'm betting on a substantial raise at a penny to finance more drilling. There's been no mention of a mine plan to accompany the last JORC report and radio silence from our excitable CEO, no ops report, no update on offtakers' offers to fund pipeline.

Will the potential partner take place in the fund raise?

Could it be that not even the city boys know wtf is going on here so a few disappointed sellers has the SP tumbling? The JORC landed unaccompanied by any strategic update; Christ, we’ve not even had our usual operations update for months.

Joking aside, I take some comfort from the small free float too. LJ has got to be close to some sort of deal after all this time. I do hope there’s a flurry of RNSs before the summer break, otherwise this is going to languish again. We’re overdue an Ops update on the drilling too.

Now I’m thinking that there won’t be much left of the £500k raised in March so 1 of 2 things will come next: news of a strategic partner or a cash call.

Great report and more to come. I don’t expect fireworks. With KZG it’s best to remain quietly optimistic as we’ve all been burned over the years. But, hey, I’ll take 10p for starters lol!

I accept that these things take time but remember the wording for the JORC report said, “by Q2” originally.

On 20 December 2018, the Company granted options over 10,000,000 new ordinary shares, exercisable at 1.75p per ordinary share. The options will vest over a three-year period, 3,300,000 in 2019 and 2020 and 3,400,000 in 2021 and are subject to certain performance related conditions. In tandem with the grant of these options, previous share options totalling 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares, exercisable at 6p per share, granted on 17 August 2017 have been cancelled.

Tucson, they were subsequently cancelled and new ones granted at 1.7p.

Yup! MCAP in 18-months is going to be 5x what it is today. Just that last bit of uncertainty about who is going to pay for the pipeline and whether the mine plan really looks good for 10-15 years. I’d love the company to do something with the lithium too, even if it’s just selling the ore off cheap. Like rooting out some stuff in your garage and getting it on eBay. Better to have cash in pocket than lithium lying around clogging everything up!

That flurry of buys the other day is a decent signal I reckon, unless it was just Funky who’d found some change down the back of the settee?!
