Mr Cautious, it’s just that the tone of the emails is calm and reassuring. He appears resolute with an eye for detail but likes things done in the right order.

Anyone have an idea whether these trades at mid price are buys or sells? Fancy a few more my self.

I have been in touch with LJ and he has responded. Nothing that isn’t in the public domain.

He came from a Director position to take up this challenge and I trust him. But that trust only goes so far as the next update.

Have faith. Tant is in a downturn right now but there’s no alternative currently. LJ virtually lives at the mine. He didn’t need to leave Kemet where he built the production line from 2 plants in the US alone to 35 in 15 countries.

Looking to complete Phase 1 by year end. Phase 2 potential drill partners ‘boots on the ground’ visits. Vast property. Drilling 1500m up strike potentially.

Preceded by usual about tant supply chains and strategic importance. Not much about whether mine is operational and no assurance on cash.

I think we’re going to be fine. It might be late 2020 by the time the mine is up and fully operational but I’m pretty certain based on joining some dots, that things are OK on the ground in Namibia.

If it's any consolation the institutional investors will want a return from their considerable investment over the years:

1.7p in March 2019 to raise £500k
6p in July 2017 to raise £3.75 million
9p in February 2017 to raise £1.25 million
3p in July 2016 to raise £2.00 million

Hard to say. I expect the due diligence of the potential off-taker and JV partner includes a whole site JORC and mine life assessment like Funky alluded to the other day.

I didn’t find the language used in MSA’s covering letters for the JORC on Homestead and Purple Haze very encouraging, (The Mineral Resource is considered to have reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction for a low-cost operation) but Larry seems convinced.

This is not being lined up for a sale any time soon imo. I accept the risk you describe but all indication are a JV with off taker. Call it a hunch.

To be fair, price probably reflects market. None of us has any certainty over the likelihood of success but we’re closer to knowing for sure and not relying solely on GC’s hyperbole.

Only my personal opinion based on some recent conversations. Slow and steady is his way apparently.

I agree Mac4671. LJ is in this for the end game and he’s doing a sterling job. Unless I’m a very bad judge of character, and I like to think not, he’s the man for the job with buckets of integrity.

I’m filling my boots at this level.

Funky, that’s my point. I’m concerned about our status as a going concern in the absence of any reported income. I wonder if we’ll even make it through to 2020.

The problem is the lack of any real progress on the water. What is our Board waiting for? If we’re to believe that the asset is valuable to a partner then why hasn’t the potential partner jumped in with both feet already? The mine plan is sorely missing.

The delay and low SP is a double edged sword. One, it allows those brave enough to accumulate but two, at huge risk based on available information.

Cash. Our next concern. How can they keep operating without it....

Painfully slow progress if we assume the RNSs reflect the only activity going on i.e. proving up the mineral resource.

Disappointed that we’re no wiser about the offtakers and water pipeline.

Is this even a viable mine anymore, that’s the nub.

Pranchalee, that’s what it says. I wonder if they’ve continued to mine and stockpile awaiting the water solution? Now, wouldn’t it be nice to have an operational update to clear things up?! Not to much to ask.
