I’d at least expect the BOD to come out and say there’s no reason for the drop the same as they’ve done in the past when the stock has been rising to say there’s no reason for the rise. We’re currently down 11%+ today and radio silence from Pampisford. !! Not good enough. 😡

Hello everyone. RF make their money from the premiums they lend to SAR at and not from holding our shares, so they need to sell shares as soon as they receive them. They can only sell shares if there’s an appetite in the market to buy them. Having driven the price and sentiment so low the demand for shares is almost non existent. Imho they will have to create a demand for the stock which can only happen if the price starts to rise. Whether news will be the catalyst for a reversal, or the MM greed, remains to be seen, one thing for sure is something has to give soon as the current demise can’t continue. Mr Mitchell / Mr Parker, the natives are getting restless, you can’t sit in the ivory tower with your fingers up your @r$e$ much longer, an EGM is looming unless you steady this ship. !!

Spursboy. Completely agree with you, however if Parker isn't there to raise the required funding when necessary, what the fork is he there for !!!!!??? whilst pulling more than £50K per year in fees.

Whilst sharing the disappointment at the current share price I cannot agree with the "it's over" comments when in fact it's only just began. I still hold more than 30,000 shares (yes i took some past profits which I've been completely transparent about) hence I too am carrying a significant paper loss from where we were 12 months ago. However, let's put things into perspective, our key molecules with the most potential were always going to be SDC1801 and 1802. We had a false start with 1801 when the UK testing agencies lethargy / incompetence rendered it necessary to switch trials to Australia. Since initiating the trials we have proceeded in line with the road map indicated at the commencement of trials, unless anyone can tell me differently. So the reality is, like it or not, we have to await the outcome of the trials to determine our future.

Now let's have a bit of spleen venting, the BOD are woeful with their comms, it is quite apparent that several posters here could do a much better job and most likely are better qualified in marketing, than the shower we have employed. I do however hold faith in Michael Owen to deliver a deal when the opportunity presents itself, he has done so for other small cap pharma companies similar to SAR. We must also point the finger at the BOD, probably Parker, for entering into the current (P!$$ poor) finance arrangements, I don't have to elaborate upon the outcomes they are there for all to see. Finally we have to recognise that the MM's are making hay whilst the sun shines at the expense of our share price. Whilst they have endless cheap shares from RF they can keep walking the price down, but, eventually they will have to go long as they will be unable to keep convincing us to buy into the drop. As mentioned earlier, if you can afford to hold then try and do so, as imho and for what it's worth we could be in a very different place in 12 months time. It would be terrible to see genuine long term holders miss out on either getting their money back or hopefully realising some profits for their continued loyalty.

Hello All. I read with interest the comments upon the BOD's abilities and could they do more. The bottom line is, regardless of their abilities, they can't polish a turd if it's a turd. So the success of SAR is absolutely dependant upon the efficacy of the product which can only be validated by test data and time. It's quite clear that autoimmune medications will be as important in this century as antibiotics were in the last. The question is do we have a product that will give relief / resolutions to illness?? It's the real scenario so put all the other noise / fluff posted here on one side and pick red or black. Seem to recall our best results with 737 were in Ano-genital cancers which from memory were an unmet need, Thoth would know and be back here in seconds with the link, I really hope he didn't pass as some suspected. The latest deal on 737 could give us some breathing space on news vacuums whilst 1801 is proved up and progressed. Gla. Andy.

27.5% of $289M would certainly solve our resolution of the RF loans. 737 is oven ready as it’s already passed P1 / P2 trials. The company developing it can take it straight back to the clinic they just need to decided what the targets going to be. Expect 737 to be fast tracked from here onwards imo. Gla. Andy. ;+))

Just to qualify the last post. 15,000 trade at full ask 70p lunchtime tells me the shorts are being closed. Big short selling squeeze yesterday on the markets in general hence the big rise in equities. ;+)

Hello all. Nice to see the market’s turning. Been a tough couple of years as investors. Not many success stories to be found since QE ended and the BOE shat their pants and went wild on interest rates. Think we’ve hit a pivotal point recently in general and SAR too. Good evening everyone. Most of us look for the bottom when we buy shares. TM and co do the same. The fact they’ve averaged down is annoying but wouldn’t we do the same in their position ?? It signals the bottom has been reached. We are not in charge of 737 so there are no issues of insider trading from their options purchase today. Think they need to be reminded of their obligations to shareholders at the agm but still believe the sp will be very different in six weeks time so they don’t have to look like a bunch of Cunard’s at the agm. Just checked and the current Mcap is 57M. I think it was 5M when I first bought thirteen years ago. Ie ten times larger now and we all know it has been larger still in the recent past. We had nothing then. We now have P2/P3 product. A P1 product. And preclinical product. Patience. ;+)

Get a grip people. If as a long term holder you feel SAR will one day be worth multiples of the current market cap then Riverforts £2M / £4M or XMil is bugger all. Ignore the noise and switch off from the daily machinations of what the short term future is and focus on the big picture. ;+)

SCH. I agree with you completely regarding the two detractors we’ve had here recently, I suspect in fact were the same person. But their one club approach to driving the stock lower by being fear mongers is flawed. RF will find it far easier to sell into a rise as is the case over the last couple of days than trying to spook enough people to panic sell. The only way RF will offload their stock is if somebody wants to buy them which as I mentioned is much easier if the stock is rising. Anyway glad they’ve forked off as their continual diatribe was pretty dull. Gla. Andy.
