Hello Everyone. It's sad to say but our management are exhibiting all the bad practices we have grown accustomed to on AIM.
It's quite clear they have used private investors money to get the company to an inflection point where it very soon could have a commercial worth. So what will they / have other $h!te historical AIM companies do / done next. Most likely dilute the share holders into oblivion i.e. take the company private (getting rid of private investors) and tell us it's for our own good to vote for it.
It's been so transparent in their managerial behaviour and decision making since electing to consolidate the company. The clues were there for us to see, the UK regulatory authority refused to allow the tests for 1801 to proceed, so they went to Western Australia the home of many AIM scams and ponzi schemes in the past. They never wanted private investors to become as strong as we did / have, so as to have a voice in the direction of the company. When they come forward with the inevitable "fait accompli" we should be prepared to take it down whatever.
I was involved in the past with a shareholder group who took down Beacon Hill Resources ponzi scheme. Believe me Mr Mitchell / Parker if your not being square and level with us I will endeavour, with the undoubted backing of LTH's, seek to do the same to you.
GLA, I think we are going to need it, and be prepared that very soon we will have a fight on our hands to retain our shareholding in the company. Andy.
