Hello Warthog. Given your £2 valuation being a six fold multiple of the current sp I think we’re saying the same thing. 👍. I for one would certainly be taking profits at that price and most likely some before that price too. 😀

Morning all. Any offer for the company would have to have the approval of shareholders. Given a high percentage of shares are with private investors, and long term holders, a low ball offer is unlikely to be accepted. We all have our ideas as to what’s fair value and it’s likely to be a price many multiples of the current share price. Gla. Andy. 😀

Believe me when I say long term holders are working very hard behind the scenes to ensure the current management are being challenged over the hiatus on the news front and what the top team will look like going forwards. We are certainly not duplicitous and are acting in the best interests of all shareholders to appertain where we are and what’s next. Just because we don’t enter into the current and ongoing malaise on this bulletin board doesn’t mean we’re not doing anything. !! Nice weekend all and glalth’s. Andy. 😀👍.

Afternoon all. It's pretty clear there's a background seller and has been since the release of the last news. I guess it's to be expected after more than 30M shares were issued in the last raise. Could be RF with some hangover shares they're finally getting rid of. Having said this, new positions are currently being taken prior to what happens next. My suspicion is the safety readouts from P1A will be a pivotal point, and we know these can come at anytime. As stated before a very high percentage of P1 drugs fail at the safety hurdle, should the safety profile be excellent as indicated within the last RNS, then a very high bar will already have been jumped. I don't think the dissenters on here realise how important passing this initial stage is. gla. Andy. ;+)

Get over yourselves. I didn’t hear many moaning when it went from 10p to 50p. So to put it in perspective 10p to 50p is a 40p increase. (4 bagger). 10p to todays price of 33.5p is still a (2.35 bagger). Go and try and get that in your local high street bank branch assuming you can find one. !! Maybe some people need to stop being greedy forkers and stop moaning. Yes I know many are in at higher averages but are most like not the whinging buggers bleating on here all day. 🙄!!

Hello all. We are currently in an orphan period between last news and what’s the next step. During which some will take profit / wander off to chase the next rainbow. If people bought in sub 15p why would you blame them. ?? Talk of £2. £3. £4. Per share is for the birds currently. A solid set of test results and a roadmap as to the next actions could see us north of 50p / 60p. There’s no need to worry about a raise until P1 readouts are published as we’ve got no decision to make unless they’re solid. Interesting thing is I just moved some more of my holdings to an ISA and the buy and sell both went through at 38p even though these were open market transactions and not a bed and ISA. So why can you currently buy and sell at exactly the same price?? Not really sure I have the answer. Gla. Andy. ;+)

hey celtic. isn’t it sad that run of the mill british people just want the politicians to address very simple things which matter to us all. forget all the current manifesto posturing and do a few simple things that would matter to us all. fix the potholes. stop pumping ****e in our rivers. let me get a doctors appointment and look after our elderly people / parents who deserve dignity in their final years. they’d get my vote. ☺️

So, after a few tumultuous months it appears a little bit of normality has returned i.e. no news from the BOD and no response to communications from investors.

You really would think that given the debacle of the last six months, they would be keen to engage with shareholders to add assurances of the short term well being of the company, and as a minimum let us know when they anticipate RF to have forked off never to darken our doorstep again. Maybe even an apology would be in order. Hey ho I guess leopards never change their spots. !!

Given H1 2024 is now rapidly winding down we should remind them that there are commitments they have made to release news in this half year. I truly hope they don't disappoint us and the markets with further slipages of their self announced deadlines. Nice weekend all. Andy.
