Laz. I’m completely with you that now is not the time to change any of the Directors or Neds.

But it is however time for them to up their game. They seem to stumble from one bad decision to the next bad decision. All people are asking for is the management to aspire to their titles and “Direct “ the company rather than continually being victims of circumstances of their own creation and shareholders having to suffer the consequences.

If the wrap had been open to all institutions it would’ve been massively over subscribed. I got a letter from HSBC yesterday advising me of the offer. Two days after the deadline. !! So many PI’s were forced to buy on the open market and most likely bought RF shares they were off loading. I would have much preferred to buy via the wrap and the proceeds go to Sar rather than those hunts at RF. !! So in reality the BOD even made a balls up of the fund raise. Will they ever learn. ☹️. Just to add I’ve added plenty of shares over the last week as even a crash test dummy couldn’t fail to make money by buying at 10p. 😀👍

Hello all. Interesting that the late trade yesterday of 1.475M shares is roughly half of what was issued to RF 2.9M shares. If it was them selling half of the new shares issued it won’t take long to hack through the last 1.5M unless of course RF were party to the placing. ??!! In which case they may be sat on many millions more sad as it to say. One thing is for sure is our Bod made an almighty balls up when they took on RF rather than looking to faithful shareholders. Will they have learned a lesson?? Hopefully, but they seem to have a penchant for poor decision making and governance throughout history. It really needs a hard faced business person to see this through with TM given terrarium leave, as couldn’t see him having the skills for garden leave. !!

Given the near disaster of the recent policies / business decisions of the BOD it’s maybe time for us shareholders to have a voice as to the future direction of the company. The recent self harming of the BOD can’t continue. Dialogue is already underway as to how we construct a proactive shareholder group to be properly represented. Don’t get me wrong we’re not seeking to instigate an insurrection as be careful what you wish for but to simply ensure the best interests of shareholders and investors are represented. More to come after judging what the Bod choose to do with the newly raised funds. Let’s see if they make some good decisions. The first of which is to sack off Riverfort and Peel Hunt. ?? Andy. 😊

Just read all the shenanigans with RF and it looks to me as though they made a loan to a company, pushed them into a position of weakness, and then acquired them for a song. This could well have been the plan with what they attempted to do with us. Nice try but no cigar!! However the BOD have got to now cut all ties with Riverfort as soon as possible and if it means using the WRAP funds to do so then do it. It just shows what a bunch of $cum bags RF are and the regulators should really make an example of these charlatans if they have any intentions of instilling some credibility into the failed AIM market.

However, my real concern is that our muppet management team almost fell for it. !! Gla. Andy.

Hello W4. I feel your pain. I’m a Portsmouth season ticket holder and go to most away games. When leaving Peterborough stadium two weeks ago (won1-0) leather soled shoes and wet stairs saw me go down six or eight of them. Got a lump on my hip / leg bigger than Katie Price’s left t!t. Was able to walk so refused a+e as couldn’t confront a day waiting to be seen. 😩. Hope you get out the hospital soon as for sure you’ll come out with more than you went in with.

On a separate note I think anyone buying at current prices is sure to make money. People always asked how LTH’s made money in the past. Simples. Buy when Sar are on their @r$e and then be patient. But make sure to take the profits when they’re there. Gla. Andy. 😀

Hello everyone.

Just a brief update on today's events. First of all many thanks for what appears undoubted support for our initiatives based upon recent postings from many contributors on this BB.

We met at Sars offices as planned at 11.30 am and as suspected the offices are quite moderate and are clearly a satellite office rather than a working one. We already knew Sar operate an outsourced model so no real surprise there, also nobody was present .

PCS and I, now having retired to the local hostelry, were met by two other long term shareholders to consider / discuss the past, current, and future of how we perceive Sareum as a company, its management, and recent performance.

We all came away feeling enlightened and energised that we were all able to table our collective views and the what ifs.

We've agreed to go away and synthesize our discussions before considering what next.

However we've determined it's essential that we meet again very soon so as to hopefully be on the front foot rather than the back one as is currently the case. Nice evening all . PCS+ATMKD.
