I'm with Mr Swag on this one. At tis volume (None) if I am quoted 150,000 shares at 4.01 pence I'm 100 percent going to get them. The only time you will see deviation is if there is a massive volume spike. We already know there are a significant number of shares that people will want to trade at this level; but there isn't the volume to get that to happen.
Can easily buy 150,000 shares at just over 4p??
My bad Mr Swag, you are absolutely correct. "The Company today announces that it has raised £2.0 million (before expenses) by means of the Placing of 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 4.0 pence per share and that it intends to make an Open Offer of a further 49,860,515 Ordinary Shares to give Qualifying Shareholders the opportunity to invest (up to £2.0 million) in the Company at the same Issue Price. Subscribers to the Placing have also been issued with Warrants to subscribe for one additional Ordinary Share at the Issue Price in the ratio of nine Warrants for every five Placing Shares issued to those subscribers."
"The Open Offer closed for acceptances at 11:00 a.m. on 31 May 2022. The Company has received valid acceptances from Qualifying Shareholders in respect of their Basic Entitlements in respect of 1,560,453 New Ordinary Shares and has also received applications from Qualifying Shareholders under the Excess Application Facility in respect of 1,317,323 New Ordinary Shares. In aggregate this totals 2,877,776 New Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.77 per cent. of the Open Offer Shares. Accordingly, Qualifying Shareholders who have validly applied for Open Offer Shares will receive their full Basic Entitlements as well as those applied for under the Excess Application Facility.
Accordingly, a total of 5,002,776 New Ordinary Shares will be issued at the Issue Price (subject to the conditions noted below), of which, 2,125,000 New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Subscription and 2,877,776 New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Open Offer (the "Open Offer Shares"). This brings the gross proceeds of the Fundraising (including the Placing announced 6 May 2022) to £2.20 million before expenses."
As expected the SP drifting back as the 4p placing shares try to get offloaded. This might take some time to get through, but on completion it will continue it's journey North.
Not very often I'm in agreement with Mr Swag, but there is definitely going to be a stream of volatility at this level as the cycling of the 4p placing shares takes place; which it will for absolutely sure. However, after that volatility this is only going one way.
AI Analytics put "fair value" at 7.8918p just based on price analytics. So buying in at this level will double your money notwithstanding something catastrophic. I believe that with the current team and expansion into core (and extremely large) markets in India, US that is just the starter for ten and this is easily making it's way back to 10p over the coming year. As long as the team at CNSL keep doing what they are doing this is a no-brainer investment at this level. Just my own thoughts DYOR
Cavendish Analysis "Investment thesis. CNS looks to be in a strengthened position, with the company starting to
execute on delivering strong revenue growth, significant operational improvements, with a
renewed focus on key markets. With the company’s strategy beginning to crystallise, we believe
that investors should view the CNS investment case as a compelling growth story."
Welcome your thoughts on this RNS Captain :-)
First trade of the day is not "Unknown" it's a "Buy" (FACT)
18-Apr-24 08:07:26 3.30 30,000 Unknown* 3.20 3.40 990.00 O
At the point of both trades today Ask was at 3.356 and the Bid at 3.4 ( tested for same volume as mock Sell/Buy).
So both LSE supposed "Buys" were in fact "Sells" albeit miniscule in value.
So we start the trading week off with the first "Buy" which is actually a sell.
For clarity the Ask is at 3.356 and the Bid at 3.4
The ask has been at 3.355 all day and the bid at 3.4 for the volumes bought and sold.
Why you would be selling is beyond me....but at these pitiful amounts must be some punter needing a Big Mac...and then decided they wanted large fries with it.
For clarity there has actually only been 1 buy today ( LSE didn't put the coal in they £ multi-million calculator today)
12-Apr-24 12:02:01 3.40 7,495 Buy* 3.30 3.40 254.83 O (An actual BUY)
12-Apr-24 12:01:13 3.355 7,745 Buy* 3.30 3.40 259.84 O (Actually a SELL)
12-Apr-24 11:52:31 3.355 1,606 Buy* 3.30 3.40 53.88 O (Actually a SELL)
12-Apr-24 11:25:04 3.355 1,084 Buy* 3.30 3.40 36.37 O (Actually a SELL)
12-Apr-24 11:08:09 3.355 1,398 Buy* 3.30 3.40 46.90 O (Actually a SELL)

"Gazillion" is an informal and exaggerated term used to denote an extremely large, undefined number.
It is not a precise numerical value but is instead used rhetorically to emphasize the vastness
or enormity of a quantity. Essentially, it's a way of exaggeration normally used by those with dyscalculia.
In practical terms, a gazillion is not a specific numerical value and should not be used in contexts
requiring precise quantification such as share holdings.
Another day
Another day of playground politics
YAAWWNN!
Nothing to add to this thread tbh... just getting out my popcorn! Seriously guys give it a break. Can we get back to actual share related comms and not just body jabs... probably get ignored so I'll just get a bigger bucket for my corn :-)
The reality:
BUYS 122,500
SELLS 225,290
Looks like LSE didn't like actual constructive messages on the board from yesterday (all removed), so back to sniping at each other as that seems acceptable :-) I'll sit back and just watch the fireworks; well a couple of times a day anyway.
Enjoy.
