A few months back the individual you are supporting was crassly inappropriate on a regular basis with sexualised references permeating many of his posts. Some investors who happened to be women were deeply offended and yet said behaviour continued and if anything became more overtly demeaning.

Similarly a number of male posters offered their support for offensive posts again seeing nothing wrong and ridiculing folk for calling it out.

Said individual seemed to have realisation that he was causing considerable offence. He apologised profusely and was apparently going to voluntarily remove himself until he got to grips with what he himself now recognised to be crude and offensive.

So context is important. Said offensive behaviour albeit very low key has started to creep in again. This coincides with some who do not understand or want to understand this is exactly how it escalated last time with this individual emboldened and playing to his fans.

So yes in terms of context I think what people have historically found acceptable has evolved over the years. It took a couple of hundred years after Shakespeare for slavery in the UK to be abolished as for hundreds of years people presumably didn’t see much of an issue and then maybe around another hundred years for women in the UK not to be legally classified as property.

The full picture allows things to be seen in context, this isn’t an attempt at virtue signalling or getting offended at ‘banter’ this is just trying to be decent and allow others to contribute here without being demeaned.

I think he was bragging about trading SNG some 70 + times in a very recent post. Sounds like a day trader to me rather than an SNG Stalwart.

Doc my point was purely around the potential bar height for authorisation and the smoke & mirrors used to qualify a non effective treatment.

I am erring towards Docs argument that the bar can’t be set that high and comfortably well under what we should achieve.

Harking on again about Remdesivir they obviously thought it worked if as they say it was used to treat POTUS. That narrative gave it gold standard credibility and enabled it to make over 1.5 billion dollars.

That is pretty incredible for a drug which by all accounts doesn’t actually have any benefit.

The Great Rock & Roll Swindle right there.
So again what is the value of a drug like SNG that does actually work ?

I think a fair synopsis would be they don’t think it works.
Several studies including WHO ( I think in 2020) have made similar conclusions.

That didn’t stop the FDA and UK authorising widespread use and enabling its makers the ability to make zillions. Slight exaggeration billions.

Not to mention false hope given to very many whom it hasn’t and couldn’t help.

It is really bizarre and I haven’t seen no name referencing applied to anything else.
