I can see they may have voluntarily resigned as they supposedly wanted to " spend more time with their families" reason as per politicians wanting to save face after an enforced sacking . I noble exit and both sides win. But I can't see how they would have signed up to taking one for the team by having their reputation and creditability trashed !

Below is the reason given for their suspension. And their integrity and honesty is being questioned. They would never have signed up to that exit agreement so its not what they have done (ie taken one for the team) but what has been done to them.

"The Company's Board has commenced investigations into allegations made in relation to Mr Edwards-Jones's and Mr Wilkins's recent conduct and certain historic payments made to Lloyd Edwards-Jones S.A.S., the Company's former Corporate Finance Adviser"

But it still may benefit the company.

I hope you are right. We are all making assumptions which may or may not be true.

One assumption is that the two Board members now suspended were all of the problem re project financing being agreed. That could be true but we dont know for sure. Many are making that assumption as fact.

Also as Forcella has said

"Governance, and following through on what they've previously said they'd do has never been a strong point." Ryan was CEO even then so he can't blame everyone else.

For what its worth, I think we will see sp fall to 0.3 to 0.5p after more dilution. Then its a binary bet whether this goes in to administration or we see the mother of all recoveries and it multi bags.

I would have thought if project finance was close then we would have had some mention of that in the last two RNS to soften the blow.

Who knows though. Just guessing.

But do we know if the LOI investor is still interested? No mention of him / her yesterday in the RNS. I would be majoring on that news if I was the CEO and keep reminding people about that. But nothing.

Been over 6 months since that news was given and it supposedly wasnt going to take long for sign off.

Elephant in the room is no mention of funding to keep the lights on.

This may survive (50/50) imho. But I can't see hoe its not going to 0.5 after dilution in next 2 months.

0.5 may be optimistic.

If it does survive then it could 10 bag from the lows but many LTH will not get their money back

Short tern funding may be done so more dilution and warrants means further sp downward pressure . Realistic best case scenario is that this recovers somehow - but only after more dilution and further sp fall to circa 0.5p / 0.6p

It wasn't just HZ who was reassuring everyone, CB said in two interviews well into the BR drill campaign

"we know we have the grades" and " "I'm not worried about the grades"

In the recent interview re silverking he talked about BR and said

"The grades didnt quite cut it" (Paraphrase)

So either CB was lying re BR grades or he was saying what he thought was the truth and just being delusional.

Either way, I wont trust a word he says ever again. For me, Its all about actual delivery now and not about what he thinks may happen and when re income and output.

We know we can't trust him on those predictions now.

And if DN did try to buy the company the amount of shares he would keep needing to buy would see the sp rocket.

He is obviously accumulating now as he sees the sp going much higher in next 9 to 12 months. He knows a lot more than we do and likes what he sees.

There is a £2M placing coming. Probably many want to wait and see what that price will be and see what the sp fall back is going to be before going balls deep.

I've not posted for sometime as I became very disillusioned after the raise.

This RNS is encouraging but the key question is are the timescales anything like accurate? If they are then great, but many LTH will be very sceptical after the countless other time scales were not met or just didnt happen.

If we are in production in next 3 or 4 months then this could be over 2p by end o the year. I can't see it going much higher as it really is small scale as CB has said. Many will be selling into any sp rise after what has happened before as they lack trust that CB can deliver.

Lets just see what actually happens rather than what CB has said he expects to happen.

DN is either a complete idiot or he knows where the sp will be by end of the year.

I'm not adding more until the placing is done just incase it's at a lower price than indicated

The most important one being point 6 imho

I see the placing as a de facto bridging loan and if income starts to ramp up before it runs out then I see this being multiples of current sp in 12 months

If not then we are back to sub 0.2 and a real chance of liquidation.

Risk reward here now looks compelling so I've taken the bet - but there is still risk here

Worst case scenario would be the placing is at the market price at the time of the recent RNS which would be about 1p.. so not a major discount to the current SP today.

If it is at the current sp at the time of issue be it 0.6p or 2p or whatever, then that would not be a massive hit to the sp

At least there is some hope now of recovery

Completely agree hence I have moved from not buying more to buying more

But I still think there is still risk here until we start to get the income coming in. I think it likely we have now bought enough time to see that significant income coming in but who knows?

I'm cautiously optimistic.

Been here nearly 2 years and now nearly broke even!

Started at 5p then averaged down to 3.5 p then 3p and then 2.5p

Didnt buy any sub 2p as it looks too risky.

Bought more today after the recent RNS and now hold 1 million with slight paper loss

Still big risk here IMHO but we have a fighting chance for significant future profits.

If all goes well SP could end up at any level 5p to 50p

If I walk away with a profit then that's a bonus now for me - after the situation I was in a few months ago

I hope I dont get too greedy, that's caught me out before in other AIM shares..
