But CB is the one who makes the final decision on strategy and judgment. No one else is making the big decisions. You can't blame the builder for building a hideous looking property if he has done exactly what the project manager told him to do !

Before you keep judging others for being critical of CB, this is what you said about CB's decision to sell manica. It appears others should not criticise CB's decisions, but you can?

I need to be clear if you’re reading this Colin, I can’t speak for everyone but myself (and any other shareholders who’d include themselves) got sold the dream of Manica one day being an operating mine in what, 2015?

It’s now in production, looking (to me anyway) like it’s moving wholeheartedly in the right direction re costs, production profile etc and now you’re asking us to sell it to “guarantee income” so we can go and explore somewhere else (which as per my previous - doesn’t sound bad) - in the hope of a sale down the line.

Well sorry, but for me, the buck stops here.

I no longer care about what prospective assets could/ifs/maybes will do in the future, probably.

I want cold, hard, cash in the bank and personally I’d rather we pivoted fully into financing and concentrating on gold production at Manica, with BR in the back pocket and trickling spare cash into Zambia exploration whilst putting the bulk back into our producing asset- that is what I would like to see.

I see no reason to dispose of the Manica asset as “it’s hard work” or “it might cost us money” aren’t good enough reasons for me to now bail on a project I’ve been a part of through thick and thin, especially when all the info I’m seeing re production backs up my view that Manica is in fact a good project.

I would be surprised if they had decided to call an IP meeting so recently, to then give out bad news?

In that case, I would have thought the best approach would have been to delay any meeting and try and kick the can down the road before holding such meeting so soon?

Its obvious that the main questions from shareholders will be about the bond financing.

Maybe an RNS Monday or Tuesday?

If in the IP we get the usual BS and delaying tactics then sub 3p is likely. Looks like sp will be hitting 10p + or sub 3p in next month or 2.

I doubt the big fall in copper prices will affect the SP as we did not get any gain from the spike in prices. That was down to silver king news.

That said, this is xtract so as illogical as it is, we may find we get no benefit from a high rise in copper price but only get the negative when it goes back to previous levels :)

If ask drops below 0.6p I will be adding.

I expect the copper prices to spike up again on another crazy policy trump will introduce this year ...for a few weeks.

I'm sure many do try and trade,. A good indication is usually when their sentiment changes.

IP news can be spun two ways.

Either more BS why there is a delay in finance or news likely before IP which is now imminent.

No doubt some will say they "know" its because of imminent bad news re bond financing :)

No date given. Some are using this meeting as "evidence" of impending bond issues.

No doubt they have an agenda for making unfounded claims !

I get the negativity due to previous missed deadlines and failed promises. But no one knows what the next news will be on finance despite many proclaiming they know how this plays out. They don't and no one does (good or bad outcome)

The fact that some are down now is irrelevant to the current risk v reward. That;s like saying a share can never recover after a big fall.

My bet is that we will get confirmation of finance but may be later than stated (as always) and if we do you wont't be able to buy at these prices after finance announced.

And yes, I may be wrong but I'm not claiming I know what the outcome will be unlike some.

I've said before I honestly dont know if HZ is just a very very optimistic and loyal shareholder or just on the wind -up with his posts.

As for CB , he's run out of tricks. Zak / Roast interview now no longer works, a nothing RNS just prior to AGM no longer works. Smoke and mirrors tactic no longer works.

All the smoke has cleared and all the mirrors are broken. Hopefully that's not 7 years bad luck for us :). We've suffered enough !

Up again today but I suspect the market may want to see these elevated prices stay at these levels for 6 months before they are credible.

Trump being trump may well decide to soon reverse tariffs on copper just on a whim for some bizarre reason.

He is a mentalist after all.

If they stay at these prices for all of this year then I would expect we will start to see that translate into a higher sp? That said there is also a wide discrepancy between comex and LME prices and I'm not sure which one is more relevant to us?

However. I'm Cautiously optimistic
