I agree we will see the same % increase but that is from an artificially low base, therefore the actual $ increase will not be significant. Very welcome yes, but not significant. 10% extra on a yield of 8% cut (= 0.8% extra) is a lot less than 10% increase on full 100% cut (10% extra). I know about the Omnia sliding scale hence I deliberately stated most, not all, of Omnia income is by dirt processed.
The increase in POG will, as you say, see more cash on all fronts but it will not be significant for alluvial income, at the moment anyway (until Moz equity deal signed). If you number crunched the recent increase in POG against FB Hard rock income (DFS initial $400 an ounce profit now $500 an ounce profit due to increase in POG) that's 25% extra profit but moreover, substantially more $ profit.
In short, this increase gets us a few more alluvial crumbs off the table now, but we would be getting a few more loafs of bread against hard rock income :)
