Thanks to Greg and the comms. team, good to see the company reverting back to the excellent communication we saw previous to "investment potential".

this will increase both our resource landmass and our sellable product and do the math just on those 2 additional income streams per week and its great news....HR will need to start recruiting for the sorting/bagging plant.

Think the SP represents just how S H I T this company is........we are meant to have a "transformational" deal forthcoming in the next 10 days.......not my words, the words of the CEO.......and this SP has tanked.......got to ask why this is?????

if its because the deal will not be completed and or timeline extended then we potentially lose the licence and an RNS has NOT been raised to make the shareholders aware then this is CRIMINAL. and i will absolutely be seeking legal advice.

Heres my 2p worth -

why wouldnt you pay £80m - £100M for 50% of this asset.

you then use amortization of that £100M and depreciate the asset over 10 years. the income from this is potentially £700M over ten years and you have 50% of that, if you go deeper depths (X4 is possible) then you may well be holding 50% of an asset that is conservatively going to output £2.5BILLION over those ten years..............for a measly £10M per year....absolute no brainer, Sheffield have the backing of markets and banks because of their latest success, LB dont need banks.lol...........but in the real worls its F. ALL to pay for a potentially massive income..........again, no brainer for me.........

Well in my opinion and experience, LB either have to get this completed fairly quickly or they walk away fairly quickly.

they cant take their time unless they upgrade their offer to something substantially better than MoU, as Sheffield know the details of MoU. It was public knowledge ad they can match this fairly easily. LB can be left with nothing if they dally about. they are in a corner with 2 options

1. walk away and have nothing after all the work and intent they had to be part of the worlds best deposit of resource.

2. put in an offer either before Sheffield or better than Sheffield, or both.

Noticed that, i like what i see, been some biggish loading up and position taking recently...there cant be many of these golden tickets kicking about now so hopefully if you want in them you have to pay a premium that will only get higher, and higher, and higher.......if forecasts are even close to the truth then 50p is cheap for these.....i really hope so. Why are investors not taking up a buying position now, whilst its at 10p if good news is imminent, the market must know something we dont. why are people still selling this close to the "good" news?? i am really worried about this.

it surely cant be going under the radar given the quantity of trades during that crazy spell in September. its a known share and that period showed us this....so why is this activity so negative just now........i do not like this, i do not like this at all.

i am heavily invested in this and 1 other, total gambles both of them....if one comes good then im very happy camper, both have very positive outlooks and both just awaiting official sign offs of sells/investment that will change them completely from AIM to FTSE250 companies.......you have to start somewhere ( i remember playing online games for multiple bitcoins back in the 90s....if only i knew) and both of these companies are in the resources business, my thought process being that the global need for resource will only increase in the coming years and months and when India gets its infrastructure sorted that will be the new china for the next 20 years.....one of these companies should sign off in the next 14 days and as we know this will sign off (hopefully) in the next 60 days........both are transformational and both are 10 baggers.........good luck to all, especially the people i annoyed with my moaning........BUT, in my defence when i saw the irregular share buys and the timings of these, i knew it was family and friends of people in the know (sri lankan officiala) and i called an incoming RNS........stay posted for my next correct prediction.

Watch the presentation on you tube the 155M is base rate worst case, the higher rate of approximately 250M is still under todays prices for the materials, at todays prices and the projected offtake on presentation we are over 320M NPV.

In my opinion increase of resource won't be a problem with

A. The issues we have had to face from that quarter, they are due us.

B. The tax monies, local employment and revenue/spend that brings

C. The precedent is set, other companies have it.

Technically it's correct as all buys are sells by someone and all sells are bought by someone

Hey SEBO no hard feelings buddy, I'm pulling your keg but expect the 60 days to be half of that, LB will not want to gamble on losing their position as priority investor this will have put the cat amongst the pigeons at their end. I expect them to make an official offer by no later than 20th April. Don't want to be excluded and beaten to a deal by a former competitor, the head guys of both companies will know each other and know they are serious players moving I to position. I also think Sheffield are just positioning themselves for a great LB offer, of which they may own about 15% , therefore in swift time (12 months) they can potentially multiple by 10 their investment . The chess has begun , the the games commence and we sit back and think of sunshine retirement

I believe they receive £100k on official signing and £3m upon approval of FDP end of 2024 ish.
