In my opinion increase of resource won't be a problem with
A. The issues we have had to face from that quarter, they are due us.
B. The tax monies, local employment and revenue/spend that brings
C. The precedent is set, other companies have it.
Hey SEBO no hard feelings buddy, I'm pulling your keg but expect the 60 days to be half of that, LB will not want to gamble on losing their position as priority investor this will have put the cat amongst the pigeons at their end. I expect them to make an official offer by no later than 20th April. Don't want to be excluded and beaten to a deal by a former competitor, the head guys of both companies will know each other and know they are serious players moving I to position. I also think Sheffield are just positioning themselves for a great LB offer, of which they may own about 15% , therefore in swift time (12 months) they can potentially multiple by 10 their investment . The chess has begun , the the games commence and we sit back and think of sunshine retirement
SEBO10...........I accept your apology for shouting me down and claiming what I said was BS.
I was right and you were wrong.
Attached at the top of this site is indeed the RNS I promised would be released this week.
Your welcome,
Now don't question the all knowing one ever again.
Hi All, i appreciate this post may be inappropriate but as a member of the CMET ownership team i would like to take this opportunity to give you some decent investor info. to do with as you please....Have a look into Orcadian Energy. This is going away to absolutely fly....DYOR.
again, just a heads up, crack on if you wish.
Oh come on, get a grip.........the SP is going in the right direction and we need some hope, do you really think that me saying an RNS is incoming on this board influences the market then your an idiot.
also, i can equally say that NOT getting one tomorrow or friday is BS......we have no idea. but someone knows the answer.
Neither ramping or other...........its simply that some good things happening just now for whatever reasn, SP is on the way up, i dont really care why......if word of mouth is doing this....who cares, its share prices.........dont try to understand it....go with the flow
Hi Scooby,
firstly, for clarity. i absolutely DO NOT want this to tank, im just trying to reason why over the last few years SP hasn't improved whilst the fundamentals have.
I mean by my post that - if the big boys dont want to buy / hold this share then it wont go anywhere. as we are all aware company performance is one thing but the biggest thing is market sentiment and feelings. We need big boys to want to buy from other big boys or it wont move.....we as small PI's can do very little to swing this. it may well be 70% owned by institutional investors (big boys) but they are worthless if nobody wants them and in fairness small PI's are not going to have the capital to buy these guys 5 / 10% off of them......well its possible but it would take an awful lot and there just isnt the interest here......as i said, i think the big boys got burnt badly last time and lost heavily, they wont do that again or they would be in by now......the recovery from covid just hasnt happened like others and the fundamentals / accounts are much much better so its got to be sentiment.......its only worth what someone else is willing to pay, and if there is no buyers then its worthless, whatever that may be...........again, just my 2p worth
Also, unless im wrong then the contract that allows Tullow to claim back £2B in expenses (i still think thats nuts) was drafted and agreed by the previous BOD who we all know where far from competent in dealing with large parties never mind governments, im still of the opinion that should tullow get the go ahead for kenya somewhere before 2075 then the expenses will be in there somewhere and wont be a cash injection on balance sheet. Kenya doesnt have £2B , they wont pay as the contract will be ridiculously bad. IF Kenya was due tullow this money, plus interest i assume why are we not using it as a stick to get their finger out??? i will tell you, because its fiction. back then tullow threw money about to land grab and get first dibs on any potential, this looked good to the banks and lenders who were ultimately burned by Tullow and its for this reason that really large potential backers and investors will NEVER invest in Tullow......they have been blackballed by the industry as punishment for shafting them. irrespective of the fundamentals of tullow and FCF, its pure sentiment and high dividends that gets investors , albeit small ones like us. until such a time that tullow is debt free and is racking in the cash then nobody is really going to invest in potential , possibilities & promises. unfortunately.
my 2p worth
Hmmmmmm, perhaps its because they wont pay that money back, they will argue it for years and years and we will never get back in there or many other countries........its not that simple, if we could claim £2Billion plus interest then we would and multiple the Mcap by about 6..
wont happen unfortunately
I am also of the opinion ( heard it here first) that the RNS wont be issued for another 48 hours whilst the SP continues to rise with the leakage of information. This will give time to the ones in the know to invest here (i.e. Sri Lankan officials and their families lol) Then the bomb will drop and this will go stratospheric..........
This is more like it, something is coming........something big is coming........Sorry guys that put up with all my moaning, That includes the office staff of CMET for messaging to the company on Linkedin and email and voicemail etc. etc.
I THINK WE'RE GONNA NEED A BIGGER BOAT - THIS WILL BE HUGE!!!!
I just dont understand , ive not got a clue...lets say we get the sale made official and signed off in 2 weeks, we also have the new licences awarded. why would we not at least get back to 20p from that?? this cant all be accounted for in this SP...surely not. we also need to start looking for buyers / partners for the other licences,,,,FFS get rid of them cheap and get a decent SP......i also dont understand why 4k sells Vs 127k buys equates to a 6% drop.......i obviously have no clue WTF is going on here. £30 Billion in potential assets, a £3M+ incoming cash flow this year, 18%+ of oil (free to first oil) and we have a MCap thats £6M........what!!!!
