Very interesting perspective on the "whales" approach.

I have a question if anyone can help. If I have understood correctly then Sprott can only buy physical if the share price is at a premium to NAV - can't do so if at a discount to NAV - is my understanding correct ?

If this is the case then is this likely to slow down spot price progression for example if Sprott is at a small discount (possibly the case later today) then they can't purchase more physical => less demand => further softness in spot price => potential increasing discount to NAV. Is this a viscous circle ? Grateful for any assurance and help with filling me in with any missing pieces.

I'm hoping lower as have some funds now for a further top up

I also feel some ii interest is due. For example (not a ramp) Artemis have taken a position in THR Thor Mining which in my opinion is more speculative than XTR. Perhaps the assays will give the necessary confidence for institutional Investment. Waiting with anticipation.
ARCM is an interesting comparison with XTR given, if I recall correctly, that Anglo have a first refusal. At one stage early today they were up by 40% and closed up 20%.. XTR needs a well worded assays RNS to inject a bit of FOMO -I can hope!

Thanks Ella I was also of the opinion it would include their new licences but ratioanalised the omission that the contract for the licences wasn't concluded until the payment was made. I agree with your interpretation of the map.

Extract from 18 March 2021 RNS by Thor refers to same land parcels as in the twitter link for San Miguel permitting
"Three priority target areas identified - Section 23, Groundhog and Rim Rock."

Also looked at RNS for acquisition by Thor in Sept 2020
"On September 10, 2020, the Company advised it had completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in American Vanadium Pty Ltd, a private Australian company, which in turn owns 100% each of the shares in Colorado company, Standard Minerals INC ("Standard"), and Utah company, Cisco Minerals INC ("Cisco")."

I suspect Standard Minerals Inc had a subsidiary who owned the rights to these parcels of land but not easy to track this down.

Pretty sure it is legit based on having found it also on the Colorado planning application site.
I guess the uncertainty is around whether the determining body in local government complete on the deadline.
It has been enough for me to make a small measured top up not intended as a ramp and as a new(ish) holder I don't have the scars from the past which may make me a little oblivious to their track record but this is usual for AIM.

I should have waited but bought some more at 3.65 mid afternoon can't understand the drop. Sprott c3.8% premium. .ASX stocks did well as Uranium closed above 50.
