Patience has delivered on another CB company today - GLR - shrewd negotiation - frustrated holders yelling for updates and when they came it was well worth the wait. I have a reasonable level of confidence in a good outcome but it will take some time imho I am holding and waiting and happy to do so.

Very pleased - first profit and cash in bank. Strong position imo

Excellent news. MCAP of GLR yesterday was £11.5M.
This deal sells 9 of the licences detailed in RNS and a first refusal deal for the further 13 licences
1) US$1.5M in cash
2) following Completion issue 370,477 Sandfire ordinary shares to the Company with a current market value A$2.43M (approx. US$1.79M) based on the closing Sandfire share price of A$6.55 per Sandfire share on 14 September 2021 (being the last trading date before the date of this announcement) for a right of first refusal in relation to the 13 Kalahari Copper Belt licences retained by the Company (the "Excluded Licences").

$4m exploration spend commitment on the included 9 licences within 2 years.

And the the kicker .....
Success Payment: a one-off success payment is to be paid to the Company for the first ore reserve reported under JORC Code 2012 edition on the Included Licences which exceeds 200,000 tonnes of contained copper (the "First Ore Reserve") in the range of US$10 million to US$80 million depending on the amount of contained copper in the First Ore Reserve (the "Success Payment"). US$2 million of the Success Payment will be held in escrow for up to three years pending any claim by Sandfire under the Licence Sale Agreement.

I think you will have got in at a great price I2. My entries a couple of days were at only a slightly lower price point. There is some evidence that potential investors are becoming aware of #THR potential based on discussions on Twitter. I have said it before that the company should refresh and present an updated investor strategy. Hopefully with a new chairman there should be a strong impetus to do just that.
Uranium should be an important asset to call out and any strategy to develop including looking at JV options would take it further. I feel the share price is largely underpinned by their other assets however.

I feel the share price is very undervalued given this listing potential upside however without permit extension achieved and clarity of listing timelines I fear we will tread water, in my case remaining underwater, for the time being.
