At $39 / lb which is Fri US close NAV leaving other parameters unchanged looks like £2.94 per share NAV.
This is ignoring 27 Aug purchases as not yet received which per RNS gives them 15.8 mil lbs.

So looking forward
15,855,601 mil lbs @ $39 = U308 fair value of $618.4 M
Less derivative liability ($3.4M) - assume unchanged from Aug presentation
Plus cash $22.8M ($87.3M per Aug investor presentation less 64.5M latest purchase per RNS)
So NAV in USD = 618.4-3.4+22.8 = $637.8M
NAV in GP @ today spot $1.3865/£ = £460M
Number of shares per Aug investor statement 153,671,232
So NAV now should be £2.993 - does that appear correct ?

Modeling a $6 / lb increase to $45 will take NAV up by $95.13M £68.6M or a further NAV per share of 45p. So £3.45 per share. Tallchad this is inline with your £3.50 at $45 spot price.

Actually Monday may be a buy opportunity. USA is closed so I'm not sure if late leap in U prices will get reflected here on Monday or not, it should but Labour day may reduce volume.
I'll watch carefully although it will be tough to buy at well above my current average but potential may justify it.

NAV obviously following U308 spot which appears to be moving into bull market territory, share price clearly supported by NAV but also now with FOMO and secure physical supply necessary for energy transition. Sprott adding fuel to the fire - probably need a better analogy than this ...
