Iceberg - it has freed up now can get 500k @ 3.37 on Fidelity. My limit purchase which I set up last night at 3.12 looks like it won't get executed.

I believe AA would require as a minimum an updated JORC before acquiring an offer to acquire an asset. They would need to follow their internal controls, protect shareholder interests etc. etc.
