I would like to think that investors will remember that ITX is gearing towards significantly enhancing their commercialization in H2. So, we can't be far from contract news.
John Shaw said he felt the value uplift would come from multiple announcements across the product range as opposed to one game changing deal. Equals multiple announcements.

Some unwitting investors (holders of ITX) may see the drastic reduction from Jupiter as a major red flag - especially given the short length of time held. Thus, some may sell as a reflex.

Woodford's really taking a massive hit across the board.
It's a cray scenario. Such is his predicament that investors wanting to withdrawal from the fund - therefore forcing him to liquidate sub ftse350 holdings - are actually smashing their portfolio values even further as he sells at well below market value.
What a mess!

Minor blip for ITX. Directors know it as well (thankfully).

Jupiter inherited some of Woodfords biotech investments when Jupiter took over one/two funds previously managed by Woodford. Jupiter made it clear, as per uote below, they were going to sell the biotechs held in the fund.

"Jupiter manager Ben Whitmore is predicted to sell a slew of biotech names he inherits from Neil Woodford in the Omnis Income and Growth fund adding more selling pressure to the stocks."

Without getting into the intricacies of Woodford's investments and funds, it stands to reason that Jupiter had no interest in holding small cap biotechs favoured by Woodford.

The Fund Manager at Jupiter did say (in June) that the Biotech stocks purchased from Woodford would be sold. They didn't buy to hold. I can't remember his name. I'll try and find it later.
Looks like Jupiter flipped them, with some going to Directors.
Without news to the contrary, Woodford is selling or is about to.

If your long term on ITX it's a good opportunity. Follow the Director's lead but get your timing right. I wouldn't be surprised (without news) to see opportunities at 1.2p . Having said that, if you are long term, current price is also difficult to ignore :)

I read the RNS. The first thing that struck me was the stark nature of its delivery.
It's like, there are several ways to tell someone their rabbit has runaway to Montreal. How you deliver the news can have a material affect on the initial reaction.
I read some of the news flow from various Companies and sometimes get the feeling they encourage overreaction. good or bad.

Last month i was reminiscing about when i purchased SXX for 6p just before it shot up.
Someone will get rich from this project. It's open season as to who that may be.

Pretty much a re-hash of June's figures with yields remaining static.

If there's a buying opportunity today below 1.25 i will take it. If not, i will wait for the price to settle before making adding.

Woodford's selling was always going to be at a discount (especially at his percentage level). It's good to see it slowly shifting and excellent that Board has thrown their own money into the ring at this time.

ITX is in a better position now than ever before.
No cash shortage.
We have a period of no significant news, during the summer lull plus overhang from Woodford. It's also worth noting that we can't be sure that buyers of blocks of his holding (at discount) will not dump for a quick profit. We can't be sure of their motives.
I thought we may have seen such a drop during June when Woodford first announced his intention to sell non ftse-350 stocks.
If you're a trader and got caught out - OUCH! But you'll be OK.
If you're (like me) a long term investor it's a chance to buy or just ignore and wait for news flow and hope the Co is moving forward as they have done thus far. Good team who know their business well. So far, growth and enterprise trajectory is good.

Juicy price.

Woodford hasn't helped. Co still on track. Nothing's changed except price.

The following statements and numbers are simply wrong and bear no relation to details in last week's RNS. Read the detail!!!

"The company is loss-making and burning cash at about £50k a month. Hence net cash today is about £300k and cash will be zero by the end of Jan next year. Growth has been great, at 20% in the last six months"

Dev is burning 35k per month and states it will be cash neutral per month be end of H2 (Nov 1st).
Turnover per month since H1 results period has grown by just under 80 percent.

Who are these nutters trying peddle mis-information?
Read the facts. Do the math. It's in the detail, as always.
