Is a £1.39m profit worth 10x P/E ratio meaning this should be worth £13.9m extra to the market cap? Most likely not as UK investment holding companies are usually worth less than their holdings

I'm quite sure I am correct in saying a company can have the accounts finished and sent to the auditors before the deadline and still be suspended due to failing the audit. Gets even more difficult when there are a whole bunch of african subsidiaries such as Marula have.

Bot necessarily Irish. If Arok had first mover advantage as an Ai bot then it woupd have a captive market. Over time the number of Ai crypto trading bots must have gone up 10 or 100 fold. So what happens to the pool of Ai crypto investors? They are diluted and the market cap of those coins crashes

You do realise that the £250k investment into Arok has nothing to do with the Arok_VC crypto coin share price or market cap?

The £250k is the trading pot. Totally separate from the Arok meme coins which we happen to own 10% of (100millipn coins)

Irish, we dont know for sure and I was very honest about this previously stating that the website doesn't show the full picture. I even asked someone to Ask JB at the AGM to clarify comments made a month ago in the roast podcast where he said the Arok investment (£250k) was in profit.

Depends how successful each Ai offering is... If Bixby and Co have enough unique Ai offerings then each subnet could do very well. Then we will be congratulating the connections and the opertunities they have provided (TAO strategies, have they enabled us to build out subnet 107, and will this turn into a cash cow for example)

The github is now in place with what sounds like a unique product

The investment in standard strategies is worth double what we paid for it two months ago

For me we still dont know enough to judge if the subnets will be successful. Investor relations have been poor but the directors are part time and operating costs appear quite low. There have also been interviews within the past month and there have been a steady stream of RNS's until July.

And with a £2m cash pile remaining there is still a case to be made for a short term rise in share price. The share price from January to around april/may was controlled by overhang from the placing. June/July was the buzz behing crypto treasures. August onwards has to be news/fundamental based.

I would suggest we need to band together and get some of our questions answered by the BOD as the AGM failed us in this regard. Kevin from the sunday roast would be one avenue to get questions asked. Otherwise an official Q&A session would be welcomed

What happened?

Check the RNS's, we had a torrent of news May and June. Start of July there was a run on all UK Crypto treasury companies. TIR rose with the tide. Most of those other crypto treasury companies also crashed almost as hard as they went up. (check out London bitcoin company, 14p to 50p back to 9p)

Then over 5% of the company was sold by the large institutions around 0.3p.

There hasn't been any operational updates for a month

ii.co.uk stopped online buying and made it difficult to buy over the phone

original institutions are still in the money from 0.1p

AGM was lacklustre and didn't instil confidence

The market cap is now under £10m and volume has dried up. A £20k sell above 0.3p a few weeks ago would not have moved the share price a single percent. That same £20k sell at todays share price requires 4x as many shares against a crash in volume so would probably drop the share price 5%. In the vacuum of news, sells are outnumbering buys - as simple as that

Premier Miton still hold 21%

Reuse still hold 8%

Jupiter trimmed from 6.8 to around 4%

Riverfort trimmed from 5.2 to just above 3% (these were brokerage fees and not direct purchases during placing)

From the looks of things 0.18p (old money) 1.8p and below is too cheap for these institutions hence for those following the money, today's share price is cheap
