That dumping of stock by major shareholders equates to around 4.2% of the company.

During the placing, 4.2% of the company = £231k. Selling above 0.2p then they made over £460k. Its possible they are keeping the remainder as a free ride.

Institutional investors took around 10x that during the placing so those major shareholders have dumped less than 10% of the shares issued at the placing. Its not the huge sell off some are making it out to be.

Tiger Beta has grown from 60UID's to over 200 over the weekend. Each miner/UID likely costs £17k or more in hardware costs so that's £3m worth of hardware investment to bring Tiger Beta online. There could be any number of reasons why it hasn't started generating revenue yet..

Two indications that they are acutely aware of issues with KIID or UK brokers. Share price is still almost 100% higher than the placing, by any measure for AiM that's a success. Yet you Irish seem intent on a public melt down almost daily

The average price for the past month is about 0.22p. AJ bell and ii preventing online buying has likely knocked confidence a lot. And sentiment means everything when there is an absence of RNS's.

Jupiter dropped their holding from 6.8% to 4.9%. That's around 100m shares sold. According to the RNS, they stopped selling last week when the share price was around 0.24p

They didnt notify when they passed 6%. Instead they notified when they passed 5%. Usually a holder notifies when they stop selling. Maybe they think below 0.24p is too cheap to sell. So they sold 30% of their holding at a 150% premium.

Maybe they sold all the way down from 0.5p in which case they have top sliced the cost of their initial buy in and are keeping the remaining holding as a free ride

The Nvidia A100 currently costs £14,000 new. Hence a miner will cost over £16k in hardware costs.

The fact that Tiger Beta has 80 UID's (miners and validators), and is growing by a few per day suggests that someone is growing the computing power ready for launch. 80UID's could have theoretically cost £1.4m in hardware costs. Of course maybe they are registering the miners without the computing power/hardware to back it up - I'm a newbie here so not sure. This would mean when the subnet Ai offering is launched, if successful, the UID's would rapidly fill with miners from 3rd parties.

Are Tiger and friends filling out the UID's themselves in anticipation for launch?

They needed Bixby. The directors fees were a debt on the books. The share price was around 0.15p in December before the placing. There was a chance to buy at 0.09p months after the placing. They brought in large institutional support and cash.

0.55p was a product of the crypto treasury pump. You can't call that an inflection point due to the company fundamentals.

We have an AGM and the company are changing the name. That could get rid of the KIID requirement. We also have a chance to quozz and drill. The share price is still up almost 100% since the placing and Bixby has done some good things.

Why isnt Bird up for a vote? Maybe we could force an EGM through to get rid?

What was the 30day vwap before the placing, what was the company debt levels, and what was the discount required to get institutional investors to take over 50% of the placing raising enough cash to restructure the company which was going nowhere. Considering all of the advice, 0.1p doesn't appear too low

There are two ways to invest in Arok

- invest in the ventrue capital arm and hope that Arok can trade profitably.

It's called NT (negotiated trade) and occurs when there is too much buying or selling. If you were unable to buy, it would be possible to sell. You should be able to phone IG in this instance and they can make the trade over the phone

If you click on share price above, you can see that "market size" is 3m. This means the MM has to offer a market up to 3m shares. When holders in a company want to buy or sell in large volumes, it is very common for them to deal in the market size, in thus case 3m. It doesn't mean it is the same person.

Go to any other share and find out the market size, and I will guarantee you that this is the most common size of trade going through over time

Subnet 127 had some type of beauty Ai ready to launch straight away. They are struggling to fill their subnet slots with miners and validators and their subnet market cap is considerably smaller than the Tiger Alpha subnet.

Suggests to me its worth the wait for a superior subnet Ai offering yet to be announced
