sundae_bar’s formal name is Sundae Bar Plc. We are a publicly traded company on AIM (the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange). That means we are subject to some of the highest levels of scrutiny and governance in the market. All Directors are thoroughly vetted, and that includes their backgrounds, conflicts, and overlaps. Transparency isn’t optional for us: it’s enforced by regulators, lawyers, NOMAD oversight, and the LSE. All of this is publicly available at corporate.sundaebar.ai. The document most relevant for this conversation is our AIM Admission Document (linked in the same place). It’s a beast of a read, but relevant for this conversation, in it you will find ‘Concert Parties’ and ‘Directors’ Bios’. For example: our Non-Executive Chairman Jonathan Bixby has over 20 current and past directorships listed; Ewan is co-founder of Kondor AI and Crowdform and now helps build sundae_bar’s marketplace; and Leo Mercier, also of Crowdform, has since joined us to lead technical development on our subnet, working closely with the sundaebar.ai platform team.

I imagine like many of you who are now seasoned in your field, overlaps do occur. When individuals work well together and have found success, it is likely they will work across multiple projects throughout their careers. As CEO, it’s my responsibility to select and work with the best people to scale the business and deliver results.

So yes, it’s legitimate for people to highlight these connections, for example, Lucy is created by Cykel AI, and Jonathan has roles in other subnets like Tiger. But none of this is hidden. It’s formally documented and governed. And to be absolutely clear sundae_bar is 100% operating independently from any other subnet, or company for that matter.

JB worked for some pretty prestigious banking firms in the past. He would know what is required to get the very best type of financing available. There is also a level of prestige in the newly appointed advisory board who may have helped things along (one of them is earning 0.1% of the loan i believe as a fee). Then consider the DD carried out by the loan provider. Quinton was happy initially. There is the possibility that Marula have put forward a robust case for near term cashflow from one or more projects (kinusi already sold 1000t of copper to a swiss offtaker and Kilifi has Baosteel interested)

A further 25% (750m ish shares) was issued to private investors.

Devide all those shareholdings by 10 now post consolidation.

Two previous TR-1 holders announced selling;

Jupiter 6.81% to 4.96% so 21.8m shares left

Riverfort 5.22% to 3.07% so 13.5m shares left

That's combined 8% left to sell - roughly 35m shares in issue.

Zeus had 35m at the placing. No TR-1's from them so assume they weren't selling over the summer, or just havent been notifying through TR-1

If its a holder below 3% selling then they have less than 13m shares so their 1m selling can't go on forever.

If its Miton selling, they have 83.3m to sell but are usually long term holders and selling at 1p today means selling breakeven/at a slight loss after admin costs.

1000T at between $1200 and $1600 a ton (back at 2024 copper prices), thats over $1.2m copper sales already executed. Time to buy in more plant, get the offtake signed and start ramping up production to over 1000T a month.

Takela can opt to take cash or shares at 10p. I guess if the share price is above 10p they will want shares, if its below 10p thet will want cash.

The Tanzanian government also taking 16% of the company which means the red tape should be reduced.

ALRT has just had same issue with ii. Brian Stockbridge is chairman on ALRT and non exec of Tiger. He is getting the lawyers involved so we should hopefully benefit as you can be sure he will be using TIR as another case study in their complaint.

Brian Stockbridge is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Tiger Royalties and Investments PLC, joining the board in January 2025 after the company's acquisition of Bixby Technology. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investments, and mergers and acquisitions, with previous board positions at companies like Rangers Football Club and Allegiance Insurance. Stockbridge's role at Tiger Royalties and Investments PLC includes supporting the company's new technology investment strategy and its broader governance.

Hi all. I don’t check Discord often so feel free to X me.

The code doesn’t have the miner code it in - the concept is miners need to create their code to submit hard to reach additional data on new companies, other exchanges and stock market data. That data is then fed to validators and on to the platform for aggregation.

Currently all miners are weight copying and we are trying to work ways around this. There is only one true miner which we are running - all the rest as copying and earning.

For an API key you only need this as a miner so reach out to and can supply this is so we can monitor data directly whilst we actively developing the subnet.

Us P.I's can't say for certain the terms as we can only go by the RNS and tweets.

Irish, we dont know what the subnet subsidiaries will be called. They could be called "bittensor investments" which live under the main comapny name of "Tiger alpha PLC"

Even if there are to be two subsidiaries, "Tiger alpha subnet", tiger beta subnet" or even just Tiger alpha and Tiger beta, its pretty clear that Tiger alpha PLC is the parent company.

If tiger beta subnet starts making loads of revenue, it would take 2 minutes to work out it is part of tiger alpha PLC. If tiger alpha subnet starts making loads of revenue, then wow - unbelievable, its part of tiger alpha PLC!! Who would have guessed!!

Oh and the website hasn't been changed in over 6 months. I'm sure its something which will get looked at sometime in the future

HL claim its because they want Kiid form to formalise the nature of TIR as an investment holdings company (the name "Tiger investments and royalties" makes us sound like a purely investments holding company but we are transitioning into more of a tech comapny, and a name change was voted for at the AGM)

ii claim its because there was suspicion of this being a pump and dump with people ramping it on telegram and whatsapp etc. Ive seen plenty worse companies be ramped harder and no change in broker policy.

Whatever the reasons, management have atleast acknowledged there is a problem even if the solution is u known or being slow to be implemented. You can still sell your shares if you hold them with ii and there are other brokers avaipable which will let you buy no problem
