- talking to 2 insurers about making leakbot mandatory - 1 UK and 1 US - it would need policy wording to change, so could only be done at renewal time

- Stuart (I think) asked a question about a new Nationwide initiative and whilst management obviously didn’t yes or no, let’s just say that it wouldn’t be a surprise if leakbot and ting are mandatory for it (please do shout if anyone else who was there thinks I misinterpreted this)

- it’s easy to get the insurers to believe in the solution (and its unique ability to provide ROI), but ramping up deployments remains harder (nothing new here - they’re trying lots of things, but insurers’ marketing departments have other things to do and don’t always take Ondo’s advice)

- nevertheless, and responding to a Q about the increase in production capacity, Mark said there’ll come a time when they get a substantial order and they need to be ready for it

- there’ll also come a point when US production will be useful

- some of their leads / deals have come from ting intros

- my reading of their responses around M&A was that they wouldn’t want whisker labs to acquire them / they want to remain independent

- re NPD, Mark said that Craig and the wider team have lots of good ideas / there are lots of opportunities, but his job is to keep them focused on executing the leakbot rollout (which I personally agree with, for now at least)

- Craig reiterated his belief that this will become a big business if all they do is continue to rollout to existing customers at the current rate, but they do want to accelerate

So there has been no RNS announcements of the chairman (Quinton) selling any shares. And there has been no RNS confirming AUO have cancelled the £2m CLN valid until 2026.

Could it just be that GMI have came in for the aquasition and near term funding and AUO will come in later with their CLN should the aquasition proceed?

The previous directors that resigned didnt seem to be progressing very fast and had larger salaries so maybe AUO was reluctant to release the CLN funds without a new CEO and without GMI increasing their commitment.

If suspect quinton has been selling his 27m shares without declaring, that is a much more serious allocation and worth pursuing. I see no evidence of it, unless GMI suddenly buy the 27m shares under the table....

Thats around £500k cash to Tiger per year for the ownership of the two subnets, more than the admin costs for the whole company. Be nice once they launch something into tithe Tiger beta subnet and actually sort out the bugs with Tiger alpha then we should really motor

AFC, in my post I suggested that I was happy that Jason didnt announce Quinton was not taking shares and instead CMC was flipping. That it protected the share price was my opinion.

If you believe not explicitly stating that these shares were not going to AUO any longer is a crime, I suggest you first speak to Jason as he invited anyone to do, and also contact cairn, the Aquis aquis corporat advisors.

Next, your opinion that the loans are non existent and won't be forthcoming is surely a little premature less than 2 weeks after the announcement.

Lastly, one of the telegram group admins today addmited that he accidently deleted all of Chuggs messages after only intending to delete a few threads yesterday which were against the pisting rules. If you think that is evidence of organised corruption, and in a share you just recently admitted you aren't even invested in, may I suggest at worst maybe you are being a bit paranoid, or at the least clutching at straws and being unreasonable..

if you look at the last half yearly report from.septwmber 2024, there is this statement

"an amount of approximately £2.0 million of the £8.53 million has been advanced to the company by auo up to the end of the period and approximately £6.5 million remains available for the company to utilise across its battery metals projects in south africa and east africa."

a simmilar statement would be required in the overdue fy results indicating there was access to funding (as to date, there hasn't been evidence of significant revenue enough to cover working capital)

now, given the rns of 30th may "termination of auo subscription agreement", that seriously jeprodises marulas ability to get the auditor to sign off the going concern statement. arriving 30 days before the accounts were due to be released imo caused the suspension and is why the last few rns's (1000t of copper sold, and 2x loans being made available) are so important and should allow the accounts to finally be released with an updated statement regarding the availability of this new financing and its importance for keeping marula solvent should steady revenue not begin hitting their bank aco**** this year.

What accounts, GMI's or Marulas?

If Marulas, they will only show money available up till end of 2024. Interm results due next 3 weeks will show money available up to end of june. Its usually less than £100k as Marula run so lean

If its GMI accounts you are on about, you won't find that info as they are a private company based in Kenya

Maybe go look at the last 2 SKA RNS's. GMI have just increased their interest free loan from £500k to £2m. SKA have already drawn down £335k in 2025 so far. GMI also purchased £600k worth of Marula shares from AUO back in june 2025. So yes, it does appear like HIS company have the cash available to issue Marula a £1m loan aas per RNS

No restrictions in trading on brokers at SBAR. And they have a market cap of £30m

The restrictions on trading from HL was an issue way before Jonathan Bixby joined Tiger. And the exciting thing that Tiger and SBAR are working on, which Bixby and Leo are both experts in, is the subnets. They are clearly very bright and busy individuals and I'm sure they will have people working on the broker issues behind the scenes.

Jason doesnt actually state that Quinton is selling. He states that the tranches of funding are still available (they were, and were being used - just that they were being flipped by CMC - this detail was actually in the RNS's)

If Jason knew this, and he likely did, would he have harmed marula by publicly announcing it in a video? I would say absolutely, as they were months and months away from revemue back in march 2025 and still had advisors to pay and projects to aquire for shares. We would have a much higher share count if the share price crashed to 2p. Or did Jason not know about CMC flipping shares. Does this make Jason highly incompetent? It makes him unaware of market tricks and loopholes, but given Jason's other qualities, it doesnt overly concern me. Both scenarios don't boil down to a serious corruption in my opinion.

Now go back to my post 10am tofay where quinton stated in December 2024 that he had not sold any shares. Then look at the evidence of excessive buys vs sells in October and november and you can see why some telegram users were suspicious of something nefarious going on in the background
