It’s clear Jerome Powell is making a massive mistake again as he’s so stubborn on the employment data but people are working multiple jobs which are recorded as added jobs… He needs to pivot ASAP but I think it’s already too late.

As Bank of America's Chief Strategist Michael Hartnett somewhat sardonically stated last week, "Unemployment in 2023 will be as shocking to Main St consumer sentiment as inflation in 2022."

The question is whether the central bank realizes the jobs market is weaker than reported before it pushes the economy into a full-fledged recession by continuing to rapidly hike interest rates. This is likely to continue to be my greatest worry for equities as we head into 2023 given the central bank's recent misstep in regard to the persistence of inflation.

Not sure what everyone is worried about what has fundamentally changed to bring the SP down in last few weeks?! Nothing just mm playing with it at will due to small free float that’s why Moulding & QIA will team up in next few months and buy this for hopefully the mythical £2.50!!! It reminds me a bit of William Hill which was down to 55p & got taken out by Ceasers at £2.72… QIA Will team up with Moulding offer £2.50 & everyone including existing ii will say Yes to get some cash and move on.. IMO

Yes In this environment that’s what will increase the SP in the short term but it’s clear Moulding is looking long term & his model is Growth it was at IPO & it is now hence the price protection to grow market share this Jam tomorrow business model is getting slaughtered because of high inflation high interest rates but I’m willing to wait for the cycle to change in the medium to long term with the potential for some action in the short term as Golden Share ends in September. Crazy ride but I still believe I will make alot of money and that’s why we all do it… Only time will time GLA

@pander because I believe the results on the 17th will be good due to falling whey, freight, commodities, FX & the fact beauty & nutrition has held up strongly and the strong US retail sales with 30%+ of THG from US. But what do I know I’ve called THG wrong at every turn yet I still believe I will make money and be able to exit THG at a higher price than my low avg & making a few quid is what it’s all about..IMO
