Following on from the point that the hotels & country club now making a profit and contributing to the bottom line. The 100’s of ESPA spas worldwide were still only just opening up 2022 due to restrictions so they need large volumes of ESPA products in each Spa all to be bought.. I stayed at the Corinthia Palace Malta in June and the Athenaeum Spa had just reopened & using ESPA it was packed hard to get a slot for wife facial massage etc also lots of locals using it. All these were closed December 2021. Anyway another few quid opening back up which just stopped during the pandemic…

The Macro also will turn soon in our favour & high inflation interest rates are the absolute worst case scenario for Growth/tech. Though just think US were at 0% interest rates they have raised 4% this year so we’ve been through that pain look forwards only 0.5-1% to go then pausing or possibly cutting later 2023!! Talk of recession is overdone in our case as historically beauty/nutrition performs well.. Whey price dropping freight dropping FX tailwind hotels profitable now commodities dropping App downloads record highs it goes on and one compared with 6-9 months ago. Results will be inline possibly at the higher end but guidance will be higher on margin in 2023.. IMO

It’s going to get very interesting as at these levels the shorts are massively in profit again but can’t take it as no shares to buy. QIA aren’t loaning out Moulding most pi are under water and holding for £1+. So 70Mil+ out on loan need to be bought back!!

How on Earth are shorts going to buy 70Mil shares that’s the big question because at some stage some will pull the trigger and start taking profits by buying maybe 39p as that’s QIA buy in so presumably strong resistance all while the clock ticking to results. I’m pretty sure results will be inline with guidance possibly increase margin 2023 would be nice trim Capex I just cannot see this being the disaster that is currently 41p IMO DYOR

Profits for hotels and country club will be much stronger 2022 as open full time now..

SP will bounce into results & some shorts will want to be buying soon at these levels though no shares for them to buy.. the perfect storm is brewing! Its already been stated the tailwinds Whey, FX, Fuel, Freight but we forget to add the hated hotels and country club are all now profitable.. Expect this to rise 50p+ into results GLA
