It's a Bed & ISA. Someone has sold 150k shares from trading account and bought them back into their ISA. Cleverly taken advantage of the wide spread to lock in any upside from 8p tax free.

It's actually much tighter. 9.11p v 9.35p. MMs trying to deter buyers and encourage sellers.

Not specifically no. But i wouldn't expect them to be at this stage. Its all happening behind the scenes. Dev Clever is fully emersed in the Education sector to fill the £90b skills gap in the UK, expect things to start piecing together very shortly. We already know that uptake from schools for the Launchpad and Victar applications are very encouraging

£170m funding for the first 12 institutions and they will be coming straight to DEV. In fact they are probably already working with DEV as we speak.

Today’s RNS is the final framework to be released from Dev. The core virtual reality framework allows the Company to leverage greater opportunities through all three of it’s channels, by providing multiuser eLearning and training modules to our Educate customers and selling immersive multiplayer gaming experiences through our Engage hospitality, leisure, brand and retail customers. At the same time, the platform is now fully able to deliver the launches of Vanguard: Flight for Rudiarius to the play-at-home VR market in the coming weeks as the RNS just stated.

As the RNS says. This exciting step forward positions Dev Clever at the heart of immersive education, consumer engagement and competitive gaming. We’re the first to do all three including the World’s first careers robot in VICTAR.

And here’s where it gets even juicer. It creates huge opportunities for Launchpad. Launchpad is not just a careers platform it’s a Learning Management System (LMS) which track and records the progress of students. Once school children leave school to college, sixth form or apprenticeship they can start to use VR for eLearning and training. The system will record the completed modules as part of their program keeping them on track to the career they’re looking for. The framework enables dev to offer these VR modules to every employer or educator. We’ve penetrated a market no one else has successfully done so in and have done it with a platform and tech that meets all of the Gatsby benchmarks making it a compulsive tool that has become a want by meeting a need and indeed satisfying a vital requirement.

It’s also the platform to launch our competitive games from Dev’s experience channel. Such as vanguard with pay to download options and in app purchase options and the games can be available to a much wider audience. With a far wider cross platform audience and in turn revenue net.

It also opens up our engage offering by introducing VR in to the gamification market. Where consumers can play VR games to win rewards and vouchers that are redeemable on the high street and across existing reward schemes, taking consumer promotions and incentives to the next level. Including the worldwide Oracle customer EPOS systems but not yet including the major partner deals for Engage that will also follow.

This launch ties all the threads together and spins the wool to make the very fabric of the business that’ll be myriad unique bespoke and fits all. For all our clients and our individual tech offerings it’s a huge step change.

Bring on the (further) massive revenue streams and the inevitable and indeed compulsive (for our partners) deals.

Exciting times here. Whats everyone's thoughts on £1.75m worth of shares landing into the market at a price of 0.075p this week post GM today? Im optimistic that they'll be plenty of buyers to pick up any slack but guess may see a small short term dip?

Projected EBITDA for 2019 is £1.5m in the Finncap Broker Note out this morning. Its a process. Turning a loss making company into a profitable one is a good achievemnt. Much more to come here

Its specifically for the period 25th Jan to end Feb. So thats 5 weeks. Although i agree it could have been made clearer. But no one can deny those are pretty incredible figures for the first 5 weeks. Plus they stated they expect these figures to materially increase

So 2018 H1 Revenues were £1.2m... and MPM have just posted £5.4m revenues in 5 weeks of billed trading. Talk about transformation
