Agree with your outlook. Im extremely annoyed as i have a few of these from 5p area. The Mporium side of the business looks good with some exception revenue figures, just need to cut costs and get it kicking out profit to. I think the startegy to focus on that part of the business is a good one.

Its a shame as i don't see why they have raised at 1p when they could have easily raised at 3p or even 4p. Someone has been dumping past few weeks, maybe in anticipation of this, or maybe just to force a lower raise. Either way its done now, onwards and upwards. I do believe that from here is a good trade.

I added another 1m ish shares today under the 1p placing price. Think it makes sense. Any spark of good news and it'll fly imho

Please can all shareholders email the Minister of Economy, Natela Turnava. She will also help to put pressure on Georgian Government if there is enough pressure on from GEO shareholders.

This is really disappointing from a company like Georgia, who is keen for International Investment.

We will soon have no option but to publicise the issue and the unnecessary delays, which is impacting on the attractiveness of Georgia as a destination for international investment in the mining sector.

We ask for your prompt attention to resolve our application and allow the company to push ahead with our plans to develop new projects in Georgia, for the benefit of all.

This is a matter of extreme importance and it is not portraying Georgia in a good way. Hopefully you can get this resolved as soon as possible.

Looks like a worked sell. But we had some chunky buys at 6.2p earlier in day. Amazing volume

Some mega buys going through. Can see this going on an almighty run very soon. Locked and loaded

They'll be getting circa 1.5-2% and probably a percentage of the profit above a certain amount as well. Plus these deals are recurring and the facility can be used multiple times a year. So its not static management.

This is a gold mine. It wouldn't look out of place if it IPOd at £50m mcap after the first deal lands and its up & running. Will be kicking out mega profits.

These assets aren't static, thats what people forget. They mature which means its facility is revolving new assets into it.

If all this jargon is a bit too much, then don't worry, will all become clearer soon and all that matters is the figures. But if what i'm hearing is true about 9 figure deals then ALGW will be shifting millions and millions pounds sterling net profit every year. So i can guarentee mcap won't be a poultry £3m ;)

Thats good news. Only small £135k raised at a premium 2.75p. Directors putting their money in as well. Must be a sign of whats to come.

The company listed in Jan, regulations insisted there had to be at least 25% free float that was tradable. Chris owns 70% of the stock and his family/friends had another 5% or so.

So the 1p stock has all been tradable since January. If people wanted to take profit they have done. If they wanted to sell they have done.

In July the only stock that is locked in will be Chris's 70% which he said he has no intention of selling, for obvious reasons, and his friends & Family who share Chris's long term vision for the company.

So everybody is worried about lock in this, lock in that, bla bla bla, whereas what you are really saying is you think Chris and his family will sell. The podcast yesterday Chris highlighted this point, he will not be selling anytime soon. And why would he, he's been building a fortress and rumour has it he's already rejected a bid for the company at 12p a few months back.

Anyone worried about lock in needs to have their head examined and understand the simple mechanics of the market. DEV has traded 120m shares since it listed in Jan. That is as a result of the 1p stock that was tradable.

Some real good bit in the podcast today.

Engage platform is working with some major blue chip global brands. Its very easy to scale as the platform was built specifically for that reason. Thats music to my ears, the demand is there and strong. There are multiple new games being released over the summer for more global brands and the pipeline is huge... I mean as a shareholder what more do you want??

Experience platform is also going very well and their new game Vanguard will be in the app store on Android and apple phones in the coming weeks, which will see a huge spike in revenue / profits. It will also have VR capabiltiies. I mean thats fantastic.

The only challenge Dev has is being able to recruit enough people to meet the ever increasing demand.

Chris owns 70% of the stock with no interest in selling anytime soon. People need to wake up this has all the makings of a monster. No one wants the stock now at 5.7p... However i bet everyone is piling in at 15p+ soon. Just the way the market works.

Can see a sustained move higher. Back to 12p zone. Consolidated well and sellers drying up around 6p

The key 2.5p level has been broken. Yesterday was the highest close since September 2015. Looks like could be in play. Some huge delayed prints from yesterday as well. Expect to see 3p today

This has finally broken the key 2.5p resistance after multiple rejections past 2 years. Been a long time coming. 15th Dec 2014 spiked to 19p... I feel something similar coming here soon
