In order to implement this Program, at the federal level, funds will be consolidated for the implementation of national projects and a comprehensive plan for the modernization and expansion of trunk infrastructure for the period up to 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the integrated plan), as well as state programs of the Russian Federation, in which, in accordance with By the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, sections on the advanced development of the Far East have been allocated.
The implementation of the measures of this Program, which are not provided for in national projects, the integrated plan and the specified state programs of the Russian Federation, will be carried out at the expense of additional funds allocated for the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Socio-economic development of the Far East", including in the form of other interbudgetary programs transfers to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the Far East.

the extension of the free port regime of Vladivostok to the city of Blagoveshchensk;
