In the first reading, a package of bills was adopted, which introduces the mechanism of agreements on the protection and promotion of investment (NWPC) in Russia, as well as guaranteeing investors the invariance of a number of tax and regulatory conditions. Investments in other sectors should be more than 5 billion rubles with a total project budget of at least 25 billion rubles).
The bill also provides for additional preferential conditions for investors of large projects: with a total project budget of at least 50 billion rubles and a volume of own investments of at least 10 billion rubles, various conditions for the choice can be guaranteed. December 3, 2019, NEDRADV. The Law "On Subsoil" has been amended on the procedure for granting the right to use subsoil blocks for geological exploration, exploration and production of hard-to-recover minerals (TRiZ). The document was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Looks like we listened different interviews... as some people were continuously stating russians will take it from amc, russians will just wait for amc to go bust...stating that what I post is nonsense and not official, we need official confirmation, we need this and that, we want this and that...well know RY personally confirmed - full russian support, full infrastructure support, ongoing discussions with russian government...This is no longer me saying so, this is now official CEO position, but ppl still not happy. What ppl expect RY to say??? Do ppl really think RY would say, right guys I have been in discussions with Jinchuan, with BHP, with Nornickel and I’ve chosen my partner to be russian government...really is this what everyone expect RY to say?
