Within the framework of the V WEF, on September 4, a meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation took place, at which the head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, presented the National Program for the Development of the Far East for the period until 2025 and with a view to 2035. About what role the document will play for the future of the entire macro-region, Il Darkhan told the media.
For Yakutia and all subjects of the Far East, one of the most important events of the Eastern Economic Forum was the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the country. First of all, its importance is due to the consideration of the National Development Program of the Far Eastern Federal District, which was developed on behalf of Vladimir Putin. At the initiative of the Deputy Prime Minister and Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev, citizens took part in the development of the document, making their proposals. The largest number of initiatives came from residents of Yakutia.
A total of 16.5 thousand ideas were collected from all over the macro-region. After their processing, discussions began in regional parliaments and municipalities with the participation of the scientific community. “In the spring of this year, it was decided that during the V WEF in Vladivostok this program will be considered at the presidential level. Then a working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation was created, which was entrusted to lead me, ”said Aisen Nikolaev.
He believes that a productive discussion took place that affected all significant aspects of the implementation of the National Program in the Far East.
“The results of the discussion have pleased us all. The president supported the project, instructed to finalize and approve the program in two months. He also approved a number of proposals, for example, initiatives on a 2% mortgage for young families in the Far East, maintaining flat rates sounded like direct orders to the Russian government. In my opinion, this document has historical significance. I am sure that this program should bring the subjects of the Far East to the leaders in the country, "Nikolaev said
