A list of instructions has been published, signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin following his meeting with representatives of the public on the development of the Far East, which took place in Vladivostok in September this year, the Ministry of Development of the Far East and the Arctic reports. So, according to the instructions of the President, before November 15, the Government should consider the possibility of using "maternal capital" to pay for gasification of residential premises, connecting them to centralized water supply, sanitation or building autonomous systems. And also, to report on the provision of benefits for paying for travel by air to the place of treatment and back for children with disabilities living in the Far Eastern Federal District and entitled to receive state social assistance.
