So I guess we’ve got another couple of years added onto the project at least waiting around instead of doing what ACP have told investors within their own DFS/RNS’s ! No wonder they went for the other areas under a different sub and appointed Greg Entwistle to advance them. Value still in the ground but the cash in the bank won’t go far, hence the appointment of GE to advance the Battery Graphite PTY while Graphite Advancement (Tanz) is mothballed. We all know what comes with that, warrants expire, new ones are issued.

All seems sketchy to me that ACP failed to mention it if it’s been public knowledge since 2018

It doesn’t state within BKT DFS (that I can see) that they will be paying for the road or power upgrades. Seems to me it’s up to TARURA and TANESCO. ACP and BKT will build their access road/power to get to site not the public highway/substations. Why haven’t Ren and Stimpy mentioned this before.

Yes but my problem lays at the feet of MB and NJ who are experts in this field, I’m also invested in ACP not Blackrock. They’ve had two opportunities to let investors know through the updated and optimised DFS regarding power and roads. Can anyone tell me why they haven’t informed investors?

Graphite concentrate produced will be road hauled to the Port of Dar Es Salaam for shipment to market

Power for the project will be supplied from diesel generators under a BOOM contract. Additional power for the second stage expansion plant is expected to be supplied from than upgraded local grid network.

Can anyone spot the difference between the two companies.

8.2 Roads

The current road into Mahenge is a narrow road that has steep winding inclines in places. Access to the mine site is currently via a single lane track from the main Ifakara to Mahenge road which will be upgraded to a two-lane unsealed road. The Black Rock accommodation village is also accessed from this road.
An alternative road route has been identified that follows the currently unused colonial access track. This approximately 7 km long road is relatively flat and avoids the steep inclines of the existing road. Discussions have been held with the Tanzania Rural and Urban Road Agency (TARURA) regarding the new road route. TARURA have reviewed the road route and indicated they will document and gazette it. The road will be for public use and used as the main public access road to Mahenge town. The colonial access road will also open new areas suitable for resettlement and farming.
Other roads that will be created include:
• plant site and mine services area access road
• magazine access road.

8.10 Power supply

Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) have performed a prefeasibility study (PFS)to upgrade the power network to supply the proposed MGP load and service other expected growth in consumption in the region.

The proposed power network upgrade includes running a 220 kV powerline from Ifakara to Ndororo (Mahenge). A 220/33 kV step down substation is proposed at Ndororo (Mahenge). The proposed substation includes two 60 MVA transformers.
The TANESCO proposal also includes running a 33 kV powerline for 6 km from Ndororo (Mahenge) to the project site.
The installed site load, maximum demand (peak power for 30 minutes) and average load are shown in Table 8-1 for the three stages of the project.

So what infrastructure are ACP waiting for Blackrock to complete?

So if the warrants expire and no news of note comes, what will be the next excuse from posters on here to defend MB/NJ. This is Africa, had that one, we need a road, had that one also.

Ps AK still holds a chuck without the warrants so can still sell into any rise.

From what I’ve read there’s nothing wrong with the resource strummer, but as you know I have a problem with people who mislead so when someone says imminently I expect imminently not in 2 years time, without any explanation it can be seen as a misleading statement. We can keep going over this again and again if you keep asking the question day after day hour after hour so it’s up to you. Me selling won’t make a difference to the company only the management can. So keep at it or use the filter button, simple.
