We’ll never know Rover, they can’t read or reply to their emails even though in the FY results it says this:

‘The board takes feedback from a wide range of shareholders (large and small) and endeavours at every opportunity to pro-actively engage with all shareholders (via regular news reporting-RNS) and engage with any specific shareholders in response to particular queries they may have from time to time. The board considers that its key decisions during the year have impacted equally on all members of the Company.’

Well that’s certainly misleading investors if they won’t answer emails.

I still like to know how you apparently know these APPLICATIONS are still there, how did you speak to? You’ve dodged the question many times now.

AIM can say ‘apparently’ they still have the licences with no proof and it’s ok
I say the haven’t with proof from the Tanz Gov site and it isn’t

One active mining licence and one active prospecting licence, which surrounds the ML.
No others on the site, i looked at the time and took a screen shot of it so have all the PL numbers.

As you can see the last two are duplicated.

They need someone to have a go at pumpky, they can’t have a go at the company because that would slate their own investment. They should stick to ‘oh well this is Africa, things take longer’. Although the phase 2 feed studies are getting done by a Chinese company, the offtakes will no doubt be from a Chinese company along with the financing. There’s discrepancies with the prospecting licences which they applied for, to the point that they’ve all disappeared (like Greg Entwistle) barring one which was granted on the 28/6/22 but not disclosed to shareholders. There’s no reply to emails from the company either.
