Maybe so, maybe not Dee, but us mushrooms will never find that out. That’s the trouble with bad communication from the BOD it’s leaves owners of the company guessing

If I were dealing with a financier like that for a resource that’s in the right place at the right time I’d of moved onto the next one in this ‘chance of a lifetime’ project. Or was that just the ‘Mark Twain’ coming out in MB? I dunno. Or maybe they are waiting for the road to be built as well? It could be a massive standoff going round in circles for years.

You shouldn’t blame me at all, I’m the one talking about the company. Not the one throwing insults around or wanting to discuss posters instead.

Did you know that ACP are waiting for someone else to build them a road, I can’t find that information that’s been withheld from shareholders. Makes me wonder how these people know!

‘Unsubstantiated’ learn to read Haffy, 18 months ago this mine was getting built imminently according to NJ. Apparently we now have to wait for someone else to build a road. So yes, IT SMELLS

No good questioning me on my holding, it’s the BOD’s statements that you should be questioning.

Did things change that much all of a sudden they needed a CSIRO, ESIA, FEED studies. All activities after they are imminently going to start mine construction. It smells

‘Imminent ‘ meaning……..‘about to happen’. You cannot defend that lie OTH. It’s about time these directors of listed companies are held to account on statements made .

There’s always going to be an increase in confrontation when rose tinted posters stick up for the company even after statements like this ;

What do you mean I expect dilution, we all expect dilution that is a fact either way you look at in. The company expect it and have said so, dong need any more credence than that.

No you’re wrong Dee, not ‘Just a stuck trader’ it was my choice not to sell and hold for long term. Some stock I trade some i hold. I decided to hold this one due to it mainly been derisked But I didn’t expect to have to wait for a road to be built by someone else or that advanced discussions last 3 years. I hope you know we are now in it for the long long long haul once they start raising funds/loans/warrants to explore the new areas. Going to need deep pockets to keep up with the incoming dilution. In fact they should move the digger they must of airlifted in to carry the billions of share slips.

I have (against my better judgment) left my funds in here for the long term when I should of carried on trading it. Would be 3x my freebie by now. That’s what AIM is for in my book, way to many ways to trip up pi’s with dilution BOD’s bending words as these project get errrrrrr fast tracked

Acp owes me nothing Dee, I’m playing this on a full freebie due to trading this stock for years. It seems they now concentrating more on Paterson Resources than here so when MB says it’s the chance of a lifetime does he realise we only get one life.

So that leads me to ask why the original nda with financiers didn’t come to fruition after the original DFS. What didn’t they like to not go ahead with funding at the time. Or after it was updated and then optimised?

Suppose it all depends on time scales for AK and what he decided was enough profit from the project. He’s a native Tanzanite with links to the ex leader, knows the place/people well and will no doubt appear again with some more prospects from Tanzania that he’s poked with a stick to sell to a listed companies. Remember GAT only chucked in AU$400k into this before the ACP deal so he’s made his money back before any more fund raises, loans,10% interest etc. He was selling for 2 years before any notification came through that he was/had, which has restricted any uplift in the sp on any news event. Can’t blame him as we are all here to make money. But anyway MB/NJ have been dragging this out for years for some reason with advanced discussion, DFS’s etc for way toooo long. The only reason I can think of is to allow AK to sell out over time without totally decimating the sp.
