How many more times can they update the DFS? They’ve already done it, upgraded it and optimised it. It makes a mockery of the original DFS to be honest. Why have advanced offtake and finance talks years ago when they can’t proceed until the DFS has been updated/upgraded/optimised, phase 2 feed studies and government cut all to sort out. Might as well of not done the DFS until all that was done. Something smells, so for me like I’ve said before, all this stalling tactic has been done to allow AK to maximise his warrants profit, and no doubt MB’s family to boot. If invoices don’t come in for a month like everyone keeps saying them this list below won’t be counted within the March 1st figure of $150k, ME stated he expected this to continue good growth through 2022. The list below then is on top of that statement. If this monthly figure that the market is waiting for is at $30k growth after 5 months I can see the sp dropping some more.

City, for months all I’ve heard from you and some others is about how great all these deals are, exceeding targets (set very low from the start…..hang on) full ownership of the directors companies(no more revenue sharing) new geographic areas coming into play , 400m Vodafone market, 300m Jio market, football tournaments, all brilliant deals(no numbers to clarify that though) now you expect a ‘significant’ revenue growth in a growth stock (that is what this is right?) to be $30k pm after 5 months of all this excellent’ness. Jeeeeez

ME just said ‘significant’ on the podcast I wouldn’t call $20/30k on the last know monthly revenue significant.

$150k was from 1/3/22 so that must have been from January after invoice delays, we are now 5 months later, Full Livescores ownership, Full krunch ownership, IGS, India app, plus SAAS etc etc.

So nothing to do with setting obtuse targets, this is a growth stock isn’t it.

Always a flip side when a company says they’re paying for something in shares and it’s to align people blah blah blah. It’s because the net cash isn’t coming in to do so without raising more funds. The rose tints will always claim it’s a great deal, even with knowing the numbers it’s their job on here to big it up. Revenue numbers should be here soon, then next results to see what the cash burn is along with net profit.

Can’t see where it say MB family and friends hold 25% wasa. I can see that they need the web site updating though, sure it has to be keep up to date every 6 months. Maybe they’ve forget there’s a company here.

Big gamble on AIM continually buying and classing it as an opportunity every time the sp drops wasa, risk/reward I suppose. A lot more risk than reward though when you see how many don’t make it on this market. I never like to get overweight in any one stock as the cards are stacked against pi’s. As you say ‘if the company delivers’ otherwise this opportunistic low sp becomes a distance high sp that it will never get back to generally through dilution then consolation etc etc more often than not.

So while finance was cheap and inflation low, would MB not have made money from this anyway if the mine was built or under construction now rather than waiting. The problem he had to the detriment of PI shareholders was his buddy AK wanting to sell without collapsing the sp to zilch, dragging it out so that he could sell the rises. Don't think it had anything to do with much else to be honest.
