Because there’s usually conditions attached to a PL like amount to be spent per acre etc, it could even have a timeline for any commencement of works. I’m sure if you email the company they’ll be happy to answer, if you know anyone with a bat phone that would be even better.

They’ll have nothing to say if they are doing nothing that is correct. No mention of any long term discussions with Gov here, they’ve said the priority is funding. I’m afraid you can have a DFS because ACP have produced one years ago and updated it. NJ actually said “As previously advised, agreements with a number of potential offtake partners have already been secured and with the delivery of the data from the DFS, the Company is now in a strong position to move these agreements further forward in addition to advancing workstreams on potential debt finance packages and project level development funding for construction”(March 20) no mention of Gov % but imminent mine construction was. As for MB having 8.1% I wouldn’t get your info from the joke website he created as he actually owns 9.74% according to LSE, he can’t even get his own % right on his own website. But just remember those that arrogantly defend these amateurs and claim they can’t have this without first having that, if correct, proves NJ/MB are out of their depth and have done it all wrong and continue to do so.

Maybe a decent website, some honesty, a bit of integrity, maybe even a reply to emails. All these things would be a start to try and rebuild some trust with investors after RNS’s that have mislead investors.
