Sou: was in at 10p and out at 90p, lost a bit of that profit trading it since but only pennies in comparison, wrong again. ACP: been trading that for years and made plenty through all the name changes/AMD, Coal Briquettes, Gold and Graphite. Latest big trade from a 1p to 4p, yup still wrong. URU: traded a few times many moons ago and probably level par, but with the Zorb at the helm and seeing how he works I don’t even do that now. How is DS and Rambo by the way Mr Wrong?

Cheers bub, I had it on the understanding it wasn’t because they have to though, it was because it makes sense to. Especially for the company who wants the funds. Ie taking on to much debt on a project would certainly have a higher coupon rate. With a mixture of debt and equity it’s less risk for the lender and people like AK can still keep a decent percentage by subscribing to a raise. Something both himself and MB always seem to do, without over leveraging the company. Personally I think ACP will go down the debt,equity and JV route here. They have a good resource so they don’t and I don’t think will need to go down the desperate CLN loan shark route as seen with many companies recently. At $40m which isn’t a lot in the scheme of things this shouldn’t be a problem to raise and in my view gives ACP the upper hand with many options for AK/MB to keep a decent slice of the cake. Hopefully giving retail investors the chance to participate and not just for the their sophisticated ozzie friends.

Those smaller amounts been £100k drawdown plus £7k drawdown fee as per CLN commitment.

So in total Aaog could have drawn up to £606,700 from RF at this point and converted £83,700 into shares.
