You would think that if MB wanted to reassure investors he would do so through the official channels to reach ALL investors and ALL potential investors, not tell a couple of investors who then won’t tell other investors. Suppose it adds some excitement to combat the BORRRRRRRRRRRDUM

It could be another 3 months before the ML is issued Tones, I can see the sp back in the 3’s if it doesn’t arrive with a month let alone three. Like everyone keeps saying on here ‘this is Africa’.

Does this investor with a substantial holding have a name or an a actual date/ link to this meeting? Isn’t it holding over 5% to be a substantial holder? In which case the only holder above 5% is MB.

That depends on how many he got free, what discount he got on the others and how many hours he does for the £30k pa he gets.

Maybe ACP do not have enough sway in Tanz now ST1, now that AK’s selling out and Steve Mahede resigned, both Tanzaussies. Our only hope is with a solicitor and a geologist who both will be lucky to do a mornings work a week, what with their other companies/directorships

So this ML, surely the DoEM had already done the work on ACP’s application barring the final step of adding in the ESIA or very close to completing it at least. The ESIA was approved back in March by NEMC, get the stamp out, bosh…….what’s the hold up?

MB and AK have worked together and still do on projects. One won’t undermine the other, whatever goes on I can’t see it not been discussed beforehand.
